Kalgoorlie stay

For a short stay it tick all our boxes-room was big and confortable,had a great pool ,restaurant was close by,no road noise, manager and staff good service.clean rooms I stayed in the motel section which is behind the hotel.

The kitchen area layout out could be better—suggest the kitchen bench longer which would alleviated the small table and could give more room etc

Superb

The staff were amazing so friendly and ready to help if needed, the rooms were clean, comfortable and secure. Having the Hotel attached was great for food and drinks the bar staff were also fantastic. Pool area was a bonus to keep the kids entertained..would definitely stay again.

Can be very noisy early in the morning with the miners leaving but we knew this on booking.. complementary bottles of water would be great especially when arriving late and shops are shut.

Great location, amazing food, friendly staff.

The food at the restaraunt was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and other facilities were clean.

We had a two-room family room, with a separating door, but only one air conditioner so we had to leave the door open, so there was no privacy. Also, the bathroom door wouldn't close and needed fixing.

We'd definitely stay there again

Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Clean, tidy, comfy rooms. Loved the food at the hotel so we ate there every night!

Just a little strange to have a small kitchen but no sink other than the bathroom sink to get water and clean up. Sink very small to be washing dishes.

We booked this accommodation via booking.com earlier this year for the Kalgoorlie cup. Drove 8 hours and when we got to the hotel we were told we had no booking

The fact they blamed booking.com for the error in the booking. We and many of our friends have used booking.com for many years and all over the world and Booking.com has never failed us. There was no other accommodation available due to the Kal Cup taking over and people travel all over WA. We relied on locals for accommodation for one night. We later learnt it was the hotels mistake

The rest of the staff members were friendly and helpful.

One of the staff told me i was flying into the carpark but im sure i was not. The thing was her tone sounded rude to me. I did not cause a fuss as i did not want to spoil my trip. Apart from this incident, everything else was good, even other staff members.

Excellent overall. Great value & clean.

The room was clean & very comfy. The staff were very friendly & always helpful. The pool area looked very inviting in Summer time. Around the complex was very neat & tidy. Having the pub right next door is very handy for food & drinks.

The water pressure in the shower was extremely bad. I'd have to say the worst shower we've ever had. Too much water pressure in the kitchen was too much. Another thing was but no real big deal the artwork on the wall was of New York City. Maybe some local canvas prints of the Super pit or bushland.

Very good size room which was clean and had all the mod cons including cutlery and crockery. Staff were friendly and after having left the property they rang to remind us that an item had been left behind....they agreed to send it to my home address.

Great find.

Best room we have stayed in for a long time. Very clean and spacious. The shower was amazing. Staff were very welcoming. The food at the hotel was also excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

It would have been a great stay except for the disgusting behaviour of the people staying in room 12! They had no respect for anyone else staying in the complex being loud and abusive all thought the night. Drunken abuse is not one that I want to pay to hear. 2 nights in a row, I was not impressed!

Very happy and content and so glad the Albion was where we chose to stay.

Our room was well equipped and we found staff friendly and obliging. Would not hesitate to promote the Albion to anyone.

Overall, good value for money.

Room was good value for money. Spacious and with excellent utilities.

There were a number of flies in the room when we got in with our luggage. My wife and I kept swatting them but a few escaped and kept pestering us.

Very clean and comofortable

The room was nice and clean, we were amazed house keepers cleaned our room daily (Thank you!) which made us to feel extra comfortable when we returned back from daily outing. It is located at the old town center. (most of shops are in the new town center) but Kalgoorlie is a small tidy town so is still easy to get anywhere else. pub and a liquor store just right next so easy to get food. We were very happy with our stay.
