Nada no minibar

Hotel limpo e com funcionários simpáticos

Inacreditável não haver sequer 1 água no minibar. A porta da traseira não abriu com o cartao, foi necessário ligar para a receção e pedir para nos abrirem a porta

Bed and toilet need an upgrade

Location and the personal is very polite

The garage is not easy to access and the gate didn't always work the first time The bed is not comfortable, the toilet can use an upgrade.

Quiet hotel, could be a lot better if there were more facilities. Be prepared to travel for food.

The hotel is in a nice setting but fairly remote with nothing much around it unless you're willing to drive somewhere. The shower is powerful which is nice. Aircon was fabulous. There was a balcony which was a nice touch and the view to the countryside was good. Its fine if you're looking for somewhere quiet to stay and don't mind travelling around for food etc.

The breakfast was very basic. There were no restaurant facilities. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there is a fridge. There is a lack of plug sockets in the room too. The holder for the shower head in the bathroom was loose so the shower would shoot up to the ceiling when turned on. Fortunately I was able to fix this myself. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but adequate.

Not worth it

The access to the park was difficult. The access to the garage did not work. For a 4 star hotel, not great. The hairdryer did not work properly and the room was not clean as should be, dust on the floors. The TV was very old and so the image was not great, they did not offer things like cream or cotton swab which i would expect in a 4 star hotel. And the gel offered for hair and body was terrible. The room does not isolate the sound and I woke up several times during the night with cars in the street and people in the corridors. For the price paid it is not worth it.

Great for the price.

Helpful and friendly staff, variety of choice for breakfast and balcony view is amazing.

Garage parking was too small, had to use the outdoor parking spaces, in a remote location and bathroom door wouldn't perfectly shut.

No blackout curtains in rooms

Nothing in particular, except the convenient varanda which is a good point for smokers.

Very few parking spaces in front. Very small extra parking spaces. Rooms have no blackout curtains so you can easily wake up as soon as light floods in in the morning.
