Staff were polite, cheerful, and helpful but not intrusive.
Food was excellent and beautifully presented.
Showers definitely weren't designed for anyone over 5 foot 2 inches

the breakfast was pretty good, but not exceptional

Superb location on the banks of the Mekong River overlooking the Thai-Laos river border. The grounds, pool area and general resort were excellent. Our room was a bit tired and in a yet-to-be refurbished area of the resort complex. Room was spacious and we had a bathroom with a bath and shower. The food in the restaurant was excellent with the dinner menu very tasty and reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Staff were professional and very friendly and attentive.
The WiFi was weak and slow. Room rates reflect the location and are expensive compared with the average Thai accommodation prices. It’s a few kilometres from the main road. We had our own car which would be best for most visitors so you can easily access the sights in the nearby National Parks.

The View across the Mekong River
Bed dangerously high,- my wife slipped and scraped her legs on 3 occasions trying to get in and get out of bed on the protruding bed frame. The bed was so high you couldn't even reach the bedside tables on either side of it. A ridiculous design in our opinion. The Gloss tiles on the floor in room were very slippery with it without shoes. AirCon leaked/noisy- hard to sleep as a result. Water in bath and shower ran inconsistently hot/cold, Stairs access only - No lifts. Plenty of Health and Safety issues in this hotel - that's for sure. In this day and age that is criminal. Stairwells had broken lights at night; Corridors dirty, Pool was dirty with leaves/ Water needed changing. Restaurant food portions were small. Dogs and Cats allowed in the restaurant when meals being served. The rooms need refurbishing badly. This should not be a 4 star hotel in our opinion - more like a 2 star. We were charged 4000 tb per night - this is grossly excessive and on reflection we wish we had researched the other hotels along the coastal region.

Room is nicely decorated with details.
Clean and comfortable beddings.
Will definitely come again.
Breakfast can be improved by ordering sets not as buffet which will feel more valued.

Clean and nice area. Nice staff. Good food. Good pool.
We booked the garden villa. The room was clean and big but the two beeds are very small and the bathroom needs renovation but it was quite. The other rooms are much more modern so price for this room is to high. We missed a gym don't know why them not have one there is place enough

View of 2 rivers and staff
Room is dated. AC was old and didn’t work well. It was either cold or hot at night. Mattress needs to be changed.
9.2
Tohsang has a great location offering nice views of the Mekong. It’s also not too far from attractions in Khong Chiam. Staff were also helpful.
The building where we stayed has three floors. Getting a room on the third floor and without an elevator, it’s not quite convenient to walk up and down especially for the elderly.

Privacy location
