Overall a nice environment, good rooms and kind staff.

This is a nice park-like environment with beautiful trees. The rooms are large, modern and clean and the staff polite and eager to help. Parking is good under shaded roof. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others, so the negatives noted should be seen in that light. They are constructive criticisms, not reasons not to visit.

There was no furniture in the room on which to open and unpack suitcases, despite the room being admirably spacious. The options were to kneel on the cold floor or put bags on the sofa, meaning we then couldn't sit in it to watch TV. This didn't matter much because there were no channels to watch anyway, just Thai-language broadcast TV. (This conflicts with information on bookings.com. Every other guest there when we stayed was non-Thai). The disappointing thing is that both these points and lacks have been noted by previous guests, but the issues have not been addressed. Restaurant staff were keen to help, and did so, but despite 12%, (for example), of the population of UK being vegetarian, and similar percentages prevailing in other European countries, there was barely a non- meat option on the menu. This isn't good enough in 2023. Bookings.com notes AMEX accepted, but reception said not. This inaccurate information didn't matter to me, with multiple cards, but what would have happened if a guest arrived with only AMEX, having been assured on Bookings.com site that that would be o.k.?

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with somewhat limited number of options but the food was well prepared and delicious

The hotel is very near to “Saveone night market” the biggest night market in Isan district.

Room is clean and new, ambience is great not to mention the fresh air. Staff are very polite and Breakfast menu is excellent. Met the owner who was so friendly and humble. Highly recommended

Huge room .very quiet place. comfortable bed . Noiseless Air conditioning. Swimming pool at right temperature not too cold not too hot..small lake with pedalboat available . breakfast with real expresso coffee and good buffet .. omelette available. Restaurant has a lot of choices, local and westerner food at correct price. Staff very friendly

Second stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff (to name at least khun Garfield). Very good refreshing swimming pool, this time absolutely clean and without greenery, improvement since Nov 2021. Spacious, clean room. Water pressure excellent. Wifi good. Very sufficient breakfast, even it was just a menu based (that I understand in this situaton). This hotel is perfect, if you are on a business trip, or traveling with your family, or alone and you need a place to sleep, and want to avoid busy city. There are cheaper options, but not many better options.

TV channels unusable, no kid channel.

1st night could not sleep well aircon so noisy and bed way to firm and the shower was terrible nearly impossible to wash your hair

Lovely hotel..

Excellent facilities and room size.. Very clean, excellent staff. Nice swimming pool and gardens.

Area is more suited for people stopping over on a long journey or for the business traveler. We stayed to visit family who live not too far away therefore it suited our needs just fine.

Worth staying

Room : Clean, spacious, comfortable Staff : Welcoming, friendly Breakfast : Great taste, variety

Location : Easy to find in daytime but difficult to find in nighttime, not enough streetlight along the way to accommodation

Comfortable clean property with very hepful staff

Location is perfect for people who travel by the car, as it is near the main road. Parking on site is good. Staff is great and exceptionally helpful. We had small problem in night hours and the staff came immediately and helped us (my BIG thanks to the lady, which was on the front desk in night hours on Nov 24/25). Breakfast is sufficient regarding to the price category. Price of meals in the restaurant is very acceptable, the choice of meals little bit limited, but sufficient. Water pressure in the room was perfect. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a regular fridge in the room, not just that funny cooling minibar, which is not able to cool down anything. Whole property is well maintained and nice. There is even small lake with a boat, if you want to paddle a bit. I would stay there again anytime.

Some staff does not speak English, this was not a problem for me, but could be for some other travelers. Otherwise nice swimming pool had quite lot of greenery on tiles. That is the only reason, why I did not gave full 10 rating to this hotel.

Great place for a stopover on the journey to/from the north east. Relax for a few days

Breakfast was very good especially considering the very limited number of guests. Arrived late and hotel happily opened restaurant and prepared a meal for us. Great service.

All was good. There was nothing that I did not like.
