Mantra on Northbourne is centrally located. The size of apartment is great, especially main bedroom.
No coffee machine.

Apartment was large and spacious. Had a full size fridge.
Close to lots of restaurants.
Bed was so uncomfortable. Room was terribly drab and dreary. Pool was like a chlorinated tub.

Everything not even a tv to watch

There was no tv in the whole hotel on a very big night of sport. Also limited drinks that you had to buy from the lobby. Nothing in the fridge.

Good Location, good size room and bed
TV did not work in any rooms, front desk advised issue with signal. Floor room located on smelt strongly of cooked food, needs better ventilation

Breakfast was good. Location was very good. Unfortunately TVs didn't work, WIFI very slow and carpark entries & exits very tight for larger vehicles.

The reception staff were exceptional ! Offered an upgrade to an apartment if we joined Accor (for free). The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathroom was a little out dated but was clean and functional.

When sleep on the bed it had a joint line we unable sleep comfortably have move ether side of the bed not on the middle of the bed no point of getting kings bed. The towel has stained on it unhygienic. Around the bathroom it peeling off like door and basin. Around the room has spiders webs.

great location we stayed at the Adina previously also at the same street. Staff were great. The girl at check in was friendly and composed. She saved the place for me.
i wanted an apartment and was advertised as a two bedroom apartment but was actually one apartment with a seperate connecting room (fully with door lock). probably works for some but I had a full family that needed to be together. The kitchen was sparse only redeeming factor was the dishwasher. I have stayed at cheaper apartments with a coffee capsule machine. The bathroom was OLD without venting ( I thought that was illegal), The kitchen bench had a badly damaged bench top. Had to pay extra $15 for parking. Common in ACT. Adina was the same but at Adina had to play roullette with others to get a spot. At least at Mantra the spot was easily available. Joined the frequent stayer program, so got a late check out we didnt use and free (spotty) wifi. The staff were very friendly especially the girl who checked us in. I would not stay there again and the room layouts should be clearly advertised.

Location was excellent with the connecting rooms being very spacious and an excellent set up for families.
Noise from the above floor was quite loud into the early hours of the morning however that's not the property's fault if people can't behave.

room was big bed was great.
bathroom was adequate but needs updating
6.0
The reception staff were lovely.
The washing machine and dryer didn’t work properly. Kitchen did not have some of the basics to cook. Room had not been cleaned properly.
I actually quite like aging hotels as often they are comfortable and have that faded charm. But this hotel was just to expensive for what you got.
