The tiles in bathroom were slippery and caused a fall, the SPA was difficult to get out of, did not switch off and was not safe. The Bed was too firm. No room service on weekends.

Location
Rude staff, small rooms. Old property, overpriced.

Good , verity of food
Shower in the bath would if like shower only in room

Good location but a bit noisy due to trains. Location trumped train noise.
Train noise. Bath over shower.
4.0 / 5.0
Spacious room, floor carpets, tea/coffee facilities, extra towel request granted, easy to deal with reception staff.
Hotel signage / lighting at night is dark on street. Hallway light globe change and general handyman refresh jobs could be carried out to modernise. Room phone were out of date (1990’s style). Extra pillows in wardrobe would be handy.

The property was very convenient for location and close to the train station
I am still waiting for my $200 per room refundable deposit that I was told would be returned to my account within 24 hours. It has been nearly 2 weeks now I have sent emails and I am not happy as I had booked three rooms so I am out of pocket $600

The property was great and the staff were very welcoming. The location was fantastic and a very short work to the train station. But the room was extremely quiet.
The bathroom had hairs in it and the shower was not great.

Good location, staff friendly and helpful, good coffee in the Social House. Requested to move rooms after first night due to road noise and this occurred. Close to Westfield and trains.
Original room close to busy road that was noisy all night. Otherwise parking was expensive but available.

A few things - Bed on the Apartment side was so comfortable as it was one bed and was a nice firmness. (I find a lot of hotels go for ultra soft and they are so uncomfortable). This bed was great. Nice clean room.
I wanted to also say that your staff at this hotel were fantastic. I let the front desk know the next morning of my internet issue and they had me moved to a different side of the hotel to fix the issue. This room I was moved to was lovely with a lovely note and amenities left from the front desk. Great touch.
I hope I get everyone's name right here as I wanted to make sure I wrote them all down because of the wonderful impression left.
I wanted to call out to the hotel GM regarding some feedback - Andrew your Front Office Manager, Prajwol Front Office AM, Sai - C&E Manager and Shivani and Toshiba - front reception - (I am so sorry if I have miss spelled the names here or I got wrong- One lady with long dark hair and other with short hair and glasses.)
All of these people I interacted with on multiple occasions over my 4 day stay were so wonderful each time speaking with them. So helpful and accommodating in all aspects. Great management and reception team. I hope they are recognised for the amazing attitudes and hospitality given. :)
Bed on the hotel side - 2 single beds together I don't really like as you end up sleeping in the crack of the bed. Firmness was ok. Rooms looking a bit weathered and could do with a bit of an update.
I had issues with the internet on the hotel side so I was moved to an apartment side where the internet was much better.

Good location near city center. Spa bath was fun. Check-in & check-out were easy.
Sound insulation was poor. Could hear traffic noises all night. The plumbing in the room above was super load and kept me up for an hour.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable and great location for where I was
Restaurant and room service was not open and not available and we were not pre warned at booking or even at check in.
Showers are not good and still have shower curtains, it's not 1988 anymore

Location, spa bath, comfortable bed, lots of sunshine
Things have been either ripped, broken or burnt and have not been replaced, as it’s a 4 or 5 star hotel I expected this to be up to par.. but didn’t bother me very much

the location was the only good thing about it.
The room was not pre- charged as requested. The room was not serviced daily and was very average at best. There was noisy works happening around the hotel that made the stay unpleasant. The pool/spa was closed for maintenance. Basically for the price it was not worth it at all. Would not recommend and given I work on the travel industry, would not recommend Mantra to my travellers.
