Although there were 2 things which we did not like, however, our overall experience was good.

Overall stay was good and worth.

Parking area was too narrow and mattress were not comfortable enough

Good value for money for budget accommadation.

Check in was easy. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Underground car park had plenty of empty spots but was very tight getting a medium size SUV down the ramps to each level.

Very pleasant. Good access for our weekend activities.

The room had a kitchenette which would be great for long stay. We were only there for 2 days but we were still able to make the most of the kitchen facilities.

The shower was over the bathtub. I am not very flexible and although there were handles to grip, my foot slipped and I got a bruise and a small skin tear. I need poor-mobility access rooms in future.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable and big enough for our expectations. Staff were lovely and we really enjoyed and appreciated the hot cooked breakfast. The staff in the dinning room were exceptional, friendly and very helpful.

The car park was a nightmare. Park at your own risk. Very narrow sharp turns on ramp between floors. Use public transport or come in a small car to make it easier. The lighting in our room was not very bright.

The property was in a good location, walking distance to Woolworths and the racecourse directly across the road The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils The bathroom was large The staff were nice

We chose the property because it was listed as having a view but there was absolutely no view. Our balcony looked directly at the building next door. It was incredibly loud all day and all night and it was quite hard to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. The furniture was outdated and worn and did not look like the photos. The kitchenette was incredibly small with no bench space and did not have an oven. The couch was quite small and uncomfortable. It was difficult to relax The carpark was small and difficult to park in

Clean room and spacious and brekky was great.

Bed was 2 singles pushed together therefore sheets didn’t fit the overall bed and also the bed was sloped in the middle. Uncomfortable sleep.

Another great stay at Nesuto

1 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped Appreciated the bathtub and kitchen as we were travelling with a toddler Love love love the buffet breakfast 🥞🍳

Traffic noise from James Ruse Dr made sleeping difficult (I've stayed here before but forgot to specifically ask for a room on a higher floor or facing away from the road) Disappointed I didn't book for this coming weekend while I was there last weekend as now they're booked out 😭😭😭

stressful - not due to the motel though it was very difficult to get too

Breakfast & dining room staff were excellent The front counter on the whole were great, however the gentleman that told me they were booked out on the Tuesday that I wanted to stay, when they actually weren't was not appreciated

I expected more room. Coffe table supplied not even a table to eat . Too noisy the traffic too loud unable to rest all day or night .cleaning very desirable fridge not working well lost some food. Bathroom floor not washed for 60 days.

It was pleasant

The wonderful staff - restaurant and reception areas (Patrick, Jenny, Coco and 2 staff during my arrival on Saturday, 10 Dec at 3 pm) The location is perfect to meet my family and friends. It is close enough to the Westfield Parammata shopping centre.

Poor lighting Where the bar fridge is set up, it has dirt and dust Paper towels should have been available

The staff unhelpfull and the manager is very rude. I requested a late checkout the staff kept calling my room I the morning they woke me up and then I asked for the manager she called me and told me that I can leave after 12 and I have to pay $50 extra I said okay then she came at 12.30 knocked on my door and asked to hurry up I said to her I will be leaving in the next 10minutes and Iam happy to pay she was very rude I advice anyone to reconsider staying at that property very poor service and attitude from the top down to the staff
