Disappointing - 3 bed apartment - run down and dirty

The courtyard and the pool were enjoyable.

Our room was old, run down and dirty. I understand properties are dated but this should not be rented. The carpet is in such poor condition it is bunching in areas creating trip hazards, and it is stained beyond repair. I kept my shoes on the entire stay and couldn’t bare to let the children play on the floor. The walls are so damaged/scuffed they look dirty, and one had a hole in it. The blinds are not attached securely to the walls, one fell down. There was baby spew or something of the like down the side of our couch. Just gross and extremely disappointing to have to stay here for a long Easter weekend. No other rooms were available. The linen and towels were clean and the bathrooms were better. The staff were friendly and we tried not to be rude but it was truly just awful.

Wouldn’t stay here again but not the worst

Staff where lovely and accommodating

Apartment wasn’t very clean Aircon in bedroom ticked very loudly . Also a poorly placed window in the bedroom which streamed in light from the corridor. Mold and dust in the apartment

Good location but disappointing condition and cleanliness of rooms

Good location, central to the city centre. Undercover and secure car park.

The rooms are very much in need of a deep clean and renovation. Holes in walls, multiple lights not working, noisy air conditioners, furniture in disrepair and generally not clean. It was very disappointing.

Exceptional customer service.

The gentleman who checked us in was exceptional and explained the area and places to see and eat and drink at. A great asset to the hotel.

Would stay in the units again due to size and amenities, hopefully just an off day for cleaners

The location and the facilities of the unit was great. Enjoyed the space, size of the units and practicality. The bathrooms and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly with regard to bookings.

The cleanliness wasn't good this time. I would spend a lot more time on cleaning and attention to detail. The floors/rugs, furniture and mirrors all not cleaned well, tables and chairs etc weren't cleaned under. Furniture was also heavily scuffed and there were stains on the carpets etc. We have been before when Cleanliness was better so hopefully this was just an off day.

We had a great time but thankfully my cousin was next door so we spent time there in a/con.

Location was perfect. Size of apartment huge.

A/cons didn’t work. Not very clean. Musty smell. Soap scum in spa. Bedroom too bright.

The stay was great and comfortable great location and friendly staff will definitely stay again.

the size of the apartment, beautiful pool and a great outlook from the room

maybe that the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner and that there was no extras like blankets to cater for the air conditioner be on

Property had been clean thoroughly. No privacy at night in main living area as one of the blinds were broken and just put behind one of the sofas.

great location

unit was very dirty, the balcony had a big gap which is very dangerous, shower tap in main bathroom fell off in our hands when showering the kids. toaster gave me an electric shock when plugging into the wall and the unit lost power after being shocked we contacted the office and sent an email which was never answered which I think is very unprofessional

Bathrooms weren’t clean - urine on the toilet and mouldy showers. There weren’t enough towels provided for the amount of guests.

Great apartment for larger family bookings and better than some of the other budget accommodation we have used in Townsv

great central location, nice large apartments with kitchen and laundry.

The apartment required a little bit of maintenance, like paint from water damage etc but there wasn’t anything that bothered us.
