Comfortable and tidy place, would stay again

Location was great, beds comfortable, room clean and tidy

TV was not working the first night we stayed, was replaced. Kettle seemed to be new and we were unable to use due to the toxic plastic smell and taste, had to boil water on the stove for a coffee.

confusing of picking up keys was not advised that where we told to pick up keys that we had to go another building Made it hard to work it out at 9 pm after a long flight washing machine leaked mesh on wire door torn left me with mosquito bites

Enjoyable stay

The balcony, the privacy and location. Kitchen and utilities were so convenient for my stay and cooking at home made things easy.

A little overpriced for my 10 day stay however was happy to pay because it suited my needs, I am a regular that book with Kensington perhaps a discount/loyalty reward system for regular bookings at Kensington. It would be helpful to have trolleys down in car park to allow to take luggage and shopping items for a single person. Sometime the rubbish chute bin will be smelly as you walk pass.

A great place.

Fantastic. We enjoyed everything. We asked for an extra day & they were able to do that for us.

A bit problematic getting into the property after hours. But got sorted.

Needs to have propa cooking frying pan as we couldn’t cook bacon and eggs for breakfast or a mail meal at night

Great little break away from home. We have already recommended this apartment to our friends.

Room was well presented. Everything was well maintained. Great size fridge for a few days stay. Central to food outlets. Value for money and car was safely parked.

Maybe a bit more cooking dishes.

Superb

A decent sized room with good facilities. Location was good with only a 10 minute walk into town

Some of the kitchen utensils could do with updating as they looked dirty and it put you off using them but overall nothing really to complain about

good location next to restaurants

Door didn’t have a seal under it meaning the hot air and creatures got in TV was sooo small only two forks and knives in the drawers meaning having to wash up after each meal I as was putting my key into the check out box a staff member was there doing something in the storage and was smoking and it blew into my face I found that highly offensive and disgusting

No communication asked for a room for my son and me recieved a room with a double bed and my son had to sleep on the floor. Not happy

Christmas road trip

Nice size apartment, comfortable. Everything you need is supplied.

Fans only work on high and aircon was noisy in bedroom. Step up to bathroom is high and easy to smash your toes on (as I did) .

convenient for what we needed and the team we very flexible with accommodation extensions during the stay.

wouldn’t want to be in the room more then sleep as it was beyond small.

room was not ready until after 4. room very small. carpet was dirty and so were walls and door. The photos on the internet isn’t showing what it really is.

Reception staff was really nice and pleasant.

Got given wrong key to room initially and opened someone else's apartment. Such a dirty dusty ceiling and fan, was gross to look at while laying in bed. Aircon unit was too noisy to use while sleeping. Felt like poor student accommodation not a nice hotel room like I paid for.

I would stay again.

Nice apartment. Quiet. Plenty of room to work on table as required. Pool available. Helpful reception. Not far from CBD so easy to drive there in a few minutes. Washing machine and dryer a great help.

Kitchen cutlery was a bit sparse. For some weird reason the ceiling fans could not be turned off. The airconditioner is cool only and we were here during a cold spell so would have like a little heat.

Apartment is quite large. Loads of space.

Some of the PowerPoints and light switches were a bit broken. They could be looked at.

Friendly staff, spacious but in need of update/better cleaning

Large and spacious living and balcony. Friendly staff at reception. Good location close to dining and movie and 10 minutes walk into city

The carpet wasn't very clean and would think tiles may be more appropriate due to hygiene and allergies. The couch wasn't very comfortable - a update and spruse is needed.

Great location but the upkeep and maintenance in the room was below standard.

The location was great, near restaurants and shops. staff were nice.

Room smelled like mould and Airconditioning filters were absolutely filthy. Sliding door wouldn’t lock. carpets and bedding were stained. Staff do not answer phone during office hours.
