Urm- okish…. Not the best.

Close to airport

Could have been more signposted from the train station. A cot bed was put in our room for my 14year old. My sons (14 and 18) slept on a pull out sofa a bed. Which isn’t an issue- but the condition of the sofa bed was so poor. We had to put towels under them to stop the springs digging into them and so squeaky. We had an early flight but. None of us slept because of the noise outside and the sofa.

Clean and comfortable but loud music played until 10.30pm, don't book if you have early flight

The location in relation to the airport was good. The comfort and cleanliness of the room The reception staff were helpful and friendly

The loud music made it impossible to sleep. This music continued constantly until 10.30pm on a Saturday night. I booked the room as I had a very early flight the next day, had I known this would happen I would have chosen a different hotel

The closeness of it to nec was good. Staff were lovely the room was tidy the bathroom tidy too I like a lot of aspects

pleasent stay

Very close to NEC. Very Quiet.

Little diversity and low food quality for breakfast. For a stay of 3 adults, they gave us a room where the third bed was a sofa. When lying down, the bed structure folded, forming a V shape. It is not acceptable for this situation to have happened given the price we paid. I do not accept it for a 5-night work stay. I complained, and they moved us to another room. The curtains were full of dust.

Perfect as an airport hotel

Very short walk to the train station and the little train going to the airport. Cold breakfast is set out early and we were able to go down and get a cup of tea and a bit to eat before going as it was an early flight Lots of parking available

Comfy and easy stay.

Very clean room, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. I spent majority of my stay working at the NEC for a work event, so my hotel room was much needed comfort after a long day! Would highly recommend staying here if you need to be near the NEC.

Brilliant hotel. The staff were so friendly, we went to a restaurant which was suggested by a member of staff, which was exceptional food. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable, the bathroom was a good size too and clean. It was within easy walking distance to where we needed to go and the parking was a reasonable price. We will be staying here again!
