Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde

Hotellin sijainti todella hyvä, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja aamiainen todella runsas!

Huoneen kunto oli jo vähän nukkavieru. Sänky oli kovahko ja tyyny liian paksu ja kova. Huone oli tien puolella ja liikenteen melu kuului selvästi yölläkin.

Siisti hotelli, siisti huone, hyvät tyynyt, hyvä aamiainen👍

Iso siivouskärry oli koko reissun ajan huoneemme oven edessä. Toisen sängyn jousitus nitisi ja natisi, kun sängylle istui. Sänky painui selvästi alaspäin.

Everything is great

Great location , walking distance to every places you need. Really friendly and helpful staff, We had to leave the hotel at 4.30 am and they even prepared us the full set of breakfast.

Quite clean rooms and superb location. Just right in the heart of the city. Also has a tram stop right in front of the hotel.

Clean, good breakfast, friendly personnel, great location near the city center.

Cold room, the internet didn't work. The receptionist explained that this happens often in this hotel to the certain models of the smartphones. Is Samsung Galaxy A something so immensely out of date for the providers? And why didn't I have such troubles in the other hotels in this January? If the managers know about this problem, why they do nothing to correct the situation? It's not a 4* hotel if they don't provide the normal Internet connection.

Somewhat ok for the price.

Great location and somewhat ok price. Beds were comfortable.

Carpets in the corridor had a strong smell (of old). Room ok, but dirty. Nothing luxurious. P Shower area had problems with the water, making a pool in the toilet.

Enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic.We were welcomed with 2 wine bottles for our 10th anniv

location. breakfast buffet with a nice hot and cold variety as well as local Finnish porridge. Kaisaniemikatu tram stop in front of the hotel. central train station just down the road - including trains to the airport.

An east walk from the train station and suited us well for an overnight stay.

the building is a little dated, however, it was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The included breakfast was nice.

The location was good, close to central train station & the Christmas markets. The room was a good size. Room around the bed to move around & a small open wardrobe space for your luggage. Breakfast buffet was good.

Like others said the bathrooms are run down but they still function.

Great location close to shops, transport and attractions

Breakfast was amazing with so many (vegan and gluten free) options, sauna was clean and well maintained (even if there is no snow or icy lake nearby). Room was large and bed was very comfortable. There were coat hangers and place to put things in entrance to not drag street dirt into rest of room.

The bathroom was tiny! Maybe I should say super narrow. If you showered and closed the shower curtain you had to coordinate either not touching the wall or getting shower curtain stuck to your body. I find that irksome in a semi public space. Room floor was also gritty. Strange smell came from shower drain so I was good at keeping the door shut to stop smell permeating room.

Pleasant

The breakfast was great (like a 5 star hotel). They had many gluten and lactose free choices. The hotel is near every attraction you want to visit in Helsinki.

The hotel needs so much renovation. It wasn't very clean.

Convient stay in central Helsinki

We only stayed at the Scandic Kaisaniemi for one night due to a stopover. The hotel is centrally located and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the train station, which was very convenient for us. The breakfast offered various choices and was really delicious.

The amenities seem a bit rundown. The sauna can be used only very short hours during the day.
