Nice bedroom, comfortable bed, clean. Very good swimming pool and jacuzzi. Friendly helpful staff
The only thing was the shower curtain, slightly stained and clings when you are in the shower. Please put in a proper screen, like all the other hotels we have stayed in lately.

The room was lovely. Excellent gym facilities. Great views of golf course from room. Restaurant nice. Staff all very helpful and approachable. Good treatments and spa. Lovely selection tea and coffees in room. Super soft bathrobes provided. Excellent bed and pillows.
Would liked seating around pool area but was seating to the side but only for about 6 people.

spa facilities were nice, bar & restaurant staff were superb and extremely helpful.
The golf course was not well kept nor maintained due to a lot of water logged areas and damaged greens, also difficult to navigate around. There are mosquitos everywhere. We were told to check in a 2pm but the room was not available until 4:30pm due to cleaning, not sure what they cleaned as there was pubes around the toilet. We were also given the wrong room (supposed to have golf course view - we had views of a construction site) this was rectified with the correct room after making the staff aware, this was due to a miscommunication by the receptionists. Dinner was mediocre, the roast dinner was not available at 6:30 after dinning started at 5pm. The remaining options were disappointing and very overpriced. The burger was a substitute which was missing onion rings and prices at £20!! The bed was average and not exactly comfortable, even with the air-con on the room remained sweltering, we wouldn’t open the windows due to the amount of mosquitoes. Would not stay again nor recommend.

it was a beautiful hotel.
Our first night away together as newly weds and my husbands birthday treat, asked for a bottle of Prosecco in the room as a nice surprise and it wasn’t there! So that ruined the surprise. Felt very rushed by a member of the restaurant staff, tried to charge us for 10 brandy’s.

Very spacious room that was clean. All staff were helpful and friendly, particularly the blonde manager in the restaurant. She was attentive, approachable and friendly.
The room decor could have a bit more to it, its quite plain. The relaxation room wasn't relaxing, too bright and cold unfortunately!

Very peaceful and quiet and all the staff were friendly, and attentive. Shame about the view of the crane 😉
The quality of cookery should be better for the level of hotel that it is. Food is too expensive for the little choice offered and standard served - disappointing 😞

Our room was upgraded to an executive suite with no extra cost to accommodate my husbands mobility scooter
The staff were so kind and thoughtful putting down ramps to allow my husband to access the restaurant easily .
The meal was served promptly in the lovely view restaurant
The food was exceptional
Service throughout was 5 star
Loved the pool
We will visit again soon
There is nothing that I didn't like

The staff couldn't have been nicer. Every single member of staff that we encountered made us feel so welcome . It all seemed so natural to them.
The lodge kitchen shut at 2.30 but we couldn't find anywhere that stated this. The cafe remains open till 4 with drinks and cakes still and again the young lady did what she could to accommodate us and we left happy. Maybe just have this more visible somewhere. Late lunch turned into sharing a cheese scone.

good location
good breakfast
Terrible service, visited on Sunday evening at 6.45 was called by the restaurant and ask if we could come in earlier as we were there last booking.
Then was hurried through the meal, not enough liquor to make curtain cocktails, no ketchup or mayo, then to top it off the waiter ALFIE, as we paid the bill shouted finally we can cash up!!!!
Would not recommend this to anyone and it cost over a £100 for the displeasure

facilities were clean, staff were friendly
- staff didn’t communicate “tray charge to room”
- receptionist give us extra hour to check out when we arrived, day of check out another member of staff entered room 11:20an stating check out was 11am where as the receptionist the day before allowed us 12pm
- food in the restaurant was incorrect order which left us waiting.
no communication between staff.
- over charged on room tab when checking out
9 x £4.50 bottle of corona - £40.50
1 x £2.50 Coca Cola - £2.50
should of been £43 but got charged £51

Breakfast was amazing on the Saturday (order off of the Menu), great location and very clean
Not much consideration for non-wedding guests. Was a great stay Friday - Saturday but Saturday morning the hotel was overrun with wedding guests, corridors were shut off meaning we had to walk through the car park in our robe and slippers to get to the pool/spa. Not much sound insulation in the rooms, could hear guests coming in and out at 2am and the breakfast room was overflowing on Sunday morning. The staff were amazing and moved non-wedding guests to a separate eating area which was much quieter. The room view left us disappointed- staring at a huge grey container which covered the majority of our window. The bathroom was a slight let down with only a shower in the bath. The car park was packed with cars and we had to park in the golf car park which resulted in walking almost 10 minutes in the rain to get to the lobby

Nice room, good breakfast, excellent gym and spa, clean, friendly staff
The appearance from the outside doesn't do it justice.

The staff were really friendly.
There were no bath robes or slippers in the room.

Great room and facilities with a nice view over the golf course.
Friendly staff and very accomplished
As I purely visited for a golf break I was a little disappointed in the condition of the course, some great holes.
I felt some of the other options like the gym could open a little earlier in the day.

Cordial staff, lovely bright clean and comfortable rooms, fab swimming pool, good food, lovely staff in spa and great treatment.
Picky details: Bar a little lacking in atmosphere- needs more comfy chairs/sofas to create cozy corners. Steam room not hot enough,

excellent facilities, friendly staff, comfortable rooms
restaurant staff seemed badly trained, insisted on us sitting between two large and very loud groups for dinner when the rest of the restaurant was empty. very slow service and when I’ve paid over £130 per night I don’t expect to be told I have to pay extra for a latte vs a filter coffee. needs a self serve coffee machine at breakfast buffet - service far too slow

Dinner service excellent
Breakfast service.
Waiting staff great but poor presentation of breakfast. Was noticeable because everything else was so good.

The breakfast was a choice of continental buffet or al la carts. I had the eggs Benedict, a particular favourite of mine. So many establishments don’t meet the mark for this dish but the chef at All Saints is a genius. Eggs were cooked perfectly and it was served warm 10 out of 10
I have no complaints
