Albergo tipico inglese, decisamente molto pulito e curato! Il bagno in camera pulitissimo ma forse da rimodernare un po’! Complessivamente un ottimo albergo in un’ottima posizione .
Staff molto cordiale e disponibile .
Forse la zona colazione un po’ troppo piccola ed e’ quindi necessario stabilire a priori l’orario per la colazione e prenotarlo

Great location friendly staff
Lights outside could not be blocked

Location is fantastic! Perfect, I’d say. Staff is great too! Loved their energy. Cleanliness overall is also rated high.
Breakfast was decent. Only thing my mom’s eggs got burned and she was too shy to ask for a new plate of it with new eggs done properly, I found out about this too late and was not happy.
Overall state of the building. Maintenance definitely needs improvement and done not in a cheap dirty way, but done right. Photos attached for visuals.

Well located and nice view. Comfortable bed.
During my recent stay at this hotel, I had the unfortunate experience of booking the most expensive room, yet I found it to be quite lacking in several aspects.
Firstly, the decor is very basic and dated, giving the room an overall tired feel. Despite being in the top-tier room, the comfort level was disappointingly low. The room lacked air conditioning, which made for quite an uncomfortable stay, especially during the warmer nights. They offer a small fan though.
The toiletries provided, specifically the shower gel and shampoo, were subpar and could do with an upgrade. Another inconvenience was the absence of electric plugs next to the bed, which made charging devices overnight rather inconvenient.
The bed itself was small but comfortable. Additionally, the toilet could benefit from having hooks for towels, as there was no convenient place to hang them. The curtains were another issue; they failed to block out the morning light, leading to early and unwelcome awakenings.
Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price of the room. Basic amenities and comfort should be addressed to enhance the guest experience.

Arrived early for check-in but room was prepared and available.
Room and bathroom clean.
Good shower over the bath.
Good location for seafront and the Brighton Centre.
OK for a one night stay.
Room was compact for two people.
Not the widest choice for breakfast.
£3 supplement on some menu items. Very limited parking at hotel and, although NCP is only 5 mins walk, it's expensive at £32 for 24 hours.

Great location. The reception, bar, we're very good. Staff were very helpful, especially the lady that served us for breakfast(sorry no name). She was excellent
The room was very small, tired. Broken shower attachment. No water glasses. The room was clean though

Very friendly staff - good room
Slight musty smell in bedroom

Seafront, good location for conference centre. Not too far from station. Nice staff. Breakfast choice is OK.
Very small room with view of a wall. But I guess there are good and bad rooms in all old buildings. Shower pressure a bit weak.

Good location
Nowhere to put clothes etc in the bathroom and lack of power points in the room. Would have liked a couple of glasses for water in the room also. Breakfast wasn’t up to last year’s standard.
3.6
Breakfast was adequate- disappointed that choices were limited
I like to have yogurt and fruit prior to cooked breakfast. Coffee was not hot

Easy check in, left my bag while I went out before room ready. Very helpfull staff.

Breakfast was acceptable
No heat in room and for November was very cold!! No food available on the evening apart from Margarita Pizza form the bar. TV in room off every 30 seconds. Had to stand sideways in shower to wash. Water would not go down the sink in bathroom. Parking charge of £25 charged for non-secured parking. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Thsi was not a cheap rate but the facilities were poor!

Location was convenient, staff was amazing, breakfast was good especially our server, John. He made every morning very pleasant.
It is very old so we couldn’t open the windows. It didn’t affect our stay though.
3.6
Great location. Very comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with excellent service.
Parking is an issue but it is throughout Brighton. The main issue we found was that the rooms were very hot.one of the rooms had a fan - however this was very noisy.

Spes frokostpersonale (blond servitør) ekstremt hyggelig og serviceminded. Beliggenhet topp, grei pris.
Et gammelt hotell, ekstremt knirking i gulv.

De locatie
De man die zaterdagavond achter de bar stond. Al het andere personeel was aardig. Alleen die man was heel onaardig

3.6
A good budget hotel right on the seafront. Perfect location for a short break in Brighton.
The single rooms are clean but very small. There are only two wall lights in the bedroom so can be dim at night. The breakfast times are ridget and a lot of the times I wanted had gone. On being directed to a table there no instructions how to order and not enough staff. After waiting 20 minutes I had to call one of them when passing.

position
stayed 4 nights and room never cleaned - dreadful policy
3.6
Nice staff, clean room, good location and price.
The breakfast was awful, so small, not very good choices. We got dirty glasses for juice. Staff member was playing with her hair and making a ponytail right above the drinks.
