Met our needs and added a little extra.

Location was perfect for us. Lovely to have a sea view. The welcome pack was very useful.

Noticed there were no bedside lights in the room with the bunk beds.

Good

the amenities as well as the facilities. the location being close to the sea and the center was a great plus.

the proximity to the street resulted in us experience loud noises from bystanders walking by as well as cars driving on the main road.

Best house to stay in Brighton

Everything was topnotch in the house. We loved the location. The sea views from the rooms were exceptional. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom always had hot water. It's quiet between the stipulated times Easy walk to Brighton Square Right by the sea front. Close to Brighton Pier, So many restaurants and supermarkets close by. Close to florists for flower lovers like me.

Having to return the keys via a ‘drop off’ shop. We could simply put them through the letterbox, and the cleaner / housekeeping could rotate keys with the drop off point instead of guests doing it whilst having luggage etc with them

Brighton stay

The location was perfect. Everything is maximum 30mins walking distance, the pier, night life, shopping area and of course the beach! The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for a small group. There was minimal noise other than than the main road which you barely notice. You can literally come out, cross the road and you’re at the beach! (Two of the bedrooms and lounge space have a view of the sea). Overall I loved it. It was perfect for our 2 night stay and I would stay there again.

Only issues we had were, the extension cord in the room with the two single beds where the lamps are didn’t work. The shower wasn’t that powerful, seemed as though it was leaking a bit out of the shower head. And lastly the room with the two bunk beds is a lot smaller than it looks. Sort of seemed like a cupboard with a bunk in it. There isn’t space in there at all to move around so if you’re a group of 3 or more and you want to get dressed you’ll have to do that in another area of the property.

Need to pay￡265 for cleaning fee?

Near the beach, good equipment.

Didn't refund the 💷200 deposit, the reason they given is we didn't clean the room before we check out... Well, actually we have already paid 💷65 on the cleaning fee, and we didn't be told that we have to tyde up the room before we leave... -WHICH MEANS WE HAVE TO PAY 265 POUNDS FOR CLEANING FEE, INDEED WE DID NOT DAMAGE ANY PIECES OF EQUIPMENT BUT LEFT SOME RUBBISHES THAT WAS EASY TO CLEAN UP... (They didn't tell us they've decide to 'keep' our deposit before we awared and asked them, which is 1 week after we chech out. Then we argued with the staff, they said they will deduct part of the garbage charge and the rest of the deposit refund may take 2-5 bank/working days. However, after two weeks, we still hadn't received the deposit. After asking again, we were told that they wouldn't refund the deposit. ) This is oppression and fraud to customer, to give a random excuse to withhold the tenant's ￡200 deposit refund.

Great location and very modern

The apartment is by a lift which can be heard throughout the flat when used. There is also a set of doors that lead to lift that banged loudly.

A very well positioned apartment if you want a grandstand view of the starling murmurations.

A self-contained apartment on the sea front, three bedrooms but just two of us. Sea mist can't be blamed on anyone even though it took our starling viewing away! Walking distance to our pub and restaurants, chosen just for that reason. Well equipped although a few maps would have been nice. Easy instructions to follow for rubbish disposal etc. Some patched breakages need attention, but we think we may have been the first guests of the season...but then again, there may have been a year to ensure it was tip top condition

Black sticky tape holding bits of furniture together.... obviously broken by someone, although it may have been clobbered with a vacuum cleaner. The plastic bath is horrid, as was the very narrow second lavatory. The themed 20s interior design is a nice thought in a classic building such as this, but less decorations of a high quality could take this property up a level. It appears to be arranged more for a family, but may be suited to an upmarket couples weekend with a tweek or two.

Unpleasant & stressful.

It was worn in places. The site inaccurately stated a parking space was available. The parking around the property is difficult to secure, adding stress and is expensive. The management of the property was argumentative & unhelpful.
