All is very good. Clean comfy swimming pool good. Clean and today room.
The fact we’re unable to have a bath as the plug was broken. One of the main reason I booked the hotel so was very disappointing. Apart from that was excellent

Spacious room, comfortable bed, good parking, staff friendly and accommodating.
Nothing - it was all very good.

Clean comfortable rooms friendly staff
Disappointed couldn't use the pool because of children's lessons
Showers could do with being updated, an older person would have difficulty in using the shower presently, climbing over the bath.

The room was filthy, stains all over the floors, hairs in the bath and on the walls/doors, toilet had stains all over it with what cab only be explained as green smudges on the walls. Vile

We were very happy with our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean. All the food was nice. Unfortunately very limited gluten free options and very expensive for dinner. But all was very good overall.
We were very happy with the property

I liked pool and sauna
My room was more older than what were usually used to

Breakfast was excellent
Room needs updating. The thermostat cover wasn’t fixed properly and fell off. The shower area was small and awkward to use. The toiletries and toilet paper seemed cheap.

Clean and easy accessible
Nothing really only issue could do with more milk

It was clean and staff were very friendly and professional
Kids did not enjoy because they were conducting swimming lessons so there was no room for kids to swim. We were very disappointed and let’s hope it won’t happen in future because we are regular customers

The hotel was very clean, the staff team were friendly. check-in was fast and easy.
Free parking on-site was great as that's such a rarity these days.
Outdoor seating area for smokers/vapers was a nice touch.
There's a pool (but you have to book a slot)
Bed was terrible, mattress was like uneven concrete, I think I was able to sleep for about 3 hours and my back was not happy.
Separate toilet to the bathroom but no sink so you have to go in the bathroom anyway - bit pointless. Toilet was like 1 foot off the ground, that's not good for people who aren't flexible or have mobility issues.
Very dated looking rooms... matching artex on walls and ceilings, was like something from the 70s.
the shower hose had a massive leak on the attachment end.

We had a meal in the restaurant and it was very disappointing .

- I stayed with my 8 year old son, as a stop off on a cross country trip.
- Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
- Room was spacious
- Breakfast was decent, with a good selection
- Pool and changing areas were clean and pleasant
- Decent hotel for a single night, whether with kids or traveling solo.
- Late checkout as standard was a bonus.
- Would stay again
- Decor in the rooms was very dated, I haven't seen that much woodchip wallpapers for nearly 30 years. Some areas of the carpets were stained and heavily worn.
- Room service was available but it came with a £5 additional tray fee. That may have been due to the fact I was only ordering two drinks and the cost was nominal. The additional cost was mentioned prior to confirmation of the order.
- Wifi didn't work. Didn't report the issue to reception as it was late and not the end of the world.

The bed, shower, the space, the comfort, the pool, the gym, the old spice ambience, the very helpful staff, the location, it really was a fantastic experience.
I couldn't find anything not to like. I love it!. I deeply wished it had a kitchenette for small quick meals.

The room was great and the pool was a mega bonus. The breakfast was good.
The lunch/dinner menu was terrible. It was basic pub food for quadruple the price. It took 35mins to come and we were the only people eating at the time.

The hotel bar and pool and gym facilities
The rooms need updating

Good breakfast. Was busy though. Nicer location than some of the other ones near the centre as you don’t get random people coming up to you as you do in town. Safe and quiet. Staff very friendly and always helpful.
It would be nice if there’s a steam room and perhaps make gym little bigger and spacious.

Breakfast was good. A good variety of choice and my kids loved the pancake machine. The kids corner was nice touch. Checking In and out I dealt with one of your members of staff I didn’t get her name but she was very lovely and friendly. She gave my kids a toy and an activity pack, which was amazing and came in handy for our 6 hour drive back home. The rooms were a good size and enjoyed our stay. The pool was a good temperature for the kids and had lots of fun in the pool during our stay.
The kids corner was a good idea but most of the books were damaged and it would have be nice to have a small box of toys like blocks/cars/plastic animals for the kids to play with.

The room we was in had a very loud sound coming from the air con vent. This noise was going on all night and we hardly slept, very frustrating.

Nothing, it was great!

Comfortable and clean and excellent staff support - would like to thank Zara at reception for making us feel welcome
It’s great - as someone from the middle East I would prefer a washing hose in the toilet but that’s a common unavailable item in most western properties

I didn't like the breakfast

pool was fab. the breakfast was not great, but everything else was good.
The breakfast was not great, staff seemed rushed, and the food was cold (but we were late to be fair)

Hotel was clean and staff were very nice
The rooms are very dated and could do with a refresh, I need a plug socket near the bed due to a medical condition and there wasn't one, I managed to stretch the power lead just enough to reach

Nice location, a few miles off the M1. Clean and comfortable hotel. Nice family room, we liked that the toilet was separate from the bathroom and the sofa converted to 2 singles! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, with a good choice. Kids loved the swimming pool!

Breakfast was good but we need more Veg options and there were not a lot.
location is a bit secluded if you do not have a vehicle

I liked the pool at the hotel it was great to have a swim in the morning you just have to book what time you want to go. It was good to have on site parking and the staff were so helpful, we asked if we could be let in the room early and they were able to do this for us. Some car parks in the town centre were only 50p per hour which is a very good price
I didn't like that the toilet was in a separate room from the sink, they did have alcohol gel in the room but you have to use them then leave the room the toilet is in and go into the room the sink is in to wash your hands. We found Milton Keynes not very pedestrian friendly so it was a bit difficult getting to town and back from town with a slight detour.
