Highly recommend a stay at Peartree

Room was really well appointed, great with the fridge and microwave.

The bed was a bit wobbly.

Will use this hotel again.

Clean and comfortable. Microwave & fridge were a nice touch. View of the marina and a great walk around the canal just around the corner. The restaurant next door was great value for breakfast.

Not a dislike but signage when you come off the main road to enter the hotel needs improvement.

The marina view was excellent. The mid week price was excellent for June I thought and got free parking in that. Reception staff really friendly and helpful !

The bathroom sink overflow hole needed attention, little better clean. And the bath mat that was hanging in a really neat little bag,looked a little stained on the under side so did not use it. But these things did not affect my personal stay and I definetely would still have no hesitation In booking here again, it is a lovely little hotel.

Comfy and pleasant, no complaints.

Check in was easy, bed was comfy. Restaurant next door was hospitable with good food at reasonable prices. All in all a perfectly pleasant experience that met the purpose of a one night stay for business in MK very well.

Be careful that you know to lock the rooms with the key, as they don't autolock like most hotel room doors these days when shut. Good idea if this was advised during check in,

Bonus was the Marina.

The staff were very polite. The hotel was clean, my bed was made nicely as I was out, this humbled me, I felt spoilt. The hotel was near to get to my conference at Marshall Arena

Shame there was no bath, a good soak would of rounded this stay up for me.

Receptionist helpful in supplying fresh milk. Room equipped with microwave & cutlery

Surprised to pay a security deposit. More surprised that it was only £ 1 ! Mattress somewhat bouncy

Easy to find, lovely clean hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. I would recommend it.

A lovely hotel, very clean with a nice sized room. Free parking was very useful. Having a microwave in the room and a fridge was really useful as a lone female in a strange place I dont like going to restaurants n my own.

The continental breakfast which was extra was very unhealthy and the only thing I could actually eat was the apple and a small piece of the cake which I had to eat as I needed ot take tablets. It was really sweet. Such a pity but otherwise a lovely hotel and I will certainly go again. Breakfast in the Inn at the side only began serving at 9am! I had to be with the client at 8.30! - Business people need a much earlier breakfast

Lovely hotel in a really nice area

3rd time I have stayed here. The room is always so clean and beds are comfortable. I particularly like the fridge and microwave in the room as well. Never disappoints and will certainly go back again

The location was great. After an initial problem with extremely strong food smells in the room, the staff were very quick to change our room. We much appreciate the very polite way they dealt with this problem.
