I felt very looked after as a solo traveller. Thank you!

I was photographing a wedding nearby and so had a scheduled arrival time of 10pm. On the afternoon before my stay I received a text message to talk me through how to get my key, with a photo of the safety deposit box and very clear instructions which were so welcomed! The room was very clean, the heating was lovely, bed and pillows comfortable. And there was plenty of car parking.

A great place to get holed up during a storm as we did.

This was a beautiful room compared to other rooms we stayed in at a similar or greater price. The facilities were second to none. It was central and near the marina. The staff were very helpful.

I personally would only stay for one night and no more than that.

The view from the balcony was good as you could see some of the bay and the staff were very polite and welcoming.

Front door has a big gap under it that should be covered. Noticed stains on the sheets, The vent in the bathroom looks like it has never been cleaned and the bathroom just didn’t give off clean vibes as there was a dead bug on the counter. If your also a light sleeper this place is not for you as the walls are so thin you can hear the people beside you with there tv on.

Excellent modern and clean hotel

It was amazing. Modern, very clean, excellent staff and a great location. D'Arbora Marina was right across the road, so was the main shops. The pool was great and the cafe! If I return to Nelson Bay I would definitely stay here again!

The bed was too soft for me, but that is personal preference.

the room is right next to big signs and also large aircon units from the hotel next door so there is a constant noise in the room and its very bright in there all night.

A pleasant overnight stay

A super stay. Enjoyed our room, the very comfortable bed. Our breakfast was served quickly and was excellent. The front staff were very pleasant.

Staff were nice, the little bel cafe downstairs make the best coffee in the bay

nice stay in Nelson Bay

bright fresh atmosphere, quiet and comfortable, great shower with good volume and pressure. The shower door didn’t close completely so some water leakage but minimal. There’s a nice café attached. Decent value accomodation as well.

this was a good stay so nothing really to complain about.
