The location the bed was clean and comfortable

Mould in the bathroom, tiles cracked all over the room, microwave needed replacing. Below the room was a quest’s lounge to which a party was being held and the noise continued on to all hours very inconsiderate of the other quest who were trying to sleep. For a executive suit it was in very poor condition.

Better locations are available for Cairns tourists nearer to the Esplanade & closer to Spence St.

The lovely woman who met us when we arrived.

We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned to an acceptable standard on three different days and were ignored.... politely. We felt that Cairns required a safer style of building, or a staff member living on site - if it is an old style motel. There were night disturbances that were a bit of a worry. We were surprised by the look inside and out after booking from the photos online.

I’m sorry, but we won’t be back.

Location was great.

Parking was not ideal for large cars/utes, the TV needed to be turned off at the power & switched back on to work - took a long time to actually turn on. The room had an awful smell to it, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, no close able window on the bathroom window meant we could hear the backpackers next door ALL night.

Excellent Apartment for Great Price

Warm and helpful greeting in reception, check in was simple and quick. Parking easily accessed with nice outdoor undercover seating/smoking area. 2 bdrm apartment on first floor was spacious with every ammenity imaginable, rooms beautifully prepared and clean and neat. Seperate a/c in all rooms. With windows closed no street noise. Security chain for front sliding door. Will definitely book to stay here again.

A/c in lounge would not work, likely needed new batteries for remote. A dowel for base of sliding door would be a welcome cheap security addition for overnight, seeing as how main lock looks to have been attempted to have been bypassed in past. Otherwise, great stay.

Friendly reception in a basic but clean unit.

I really appreciated the ability to change the night of my stay when our flight was cancelled at the last minute. It made us a day later than expected. The staff were really accommodating plus when we arrived, we’d been upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit and that was really nice. I also really liked the security chains as an extra safety feature.

It’s a basic unit and it’s no frills but it’s clean, the linen was fresh so what’s not to like.

The staff were super nice and helpful.

The rooms did not live up to the website pictures. Our room was somewhat tired - could use a good deep cleaning and some fresh paint, new bedding.

Great stay

Staff member Juan was absolutely fantastic! Gave us lots of recommendations and advice and was just all round very friendly and chatty. Great pool, good laundry service and facilities. Rooms are lovely.

Option for a late check out would have been good for us.

No exaust fan in toilet/bathroom Toilet tissues, towels, shampoo, body wash were not enough for 4 people Rooms were not cleaned for two days, we were told it's dure to holiday but we paid holidays price

one night was fine, wouldn’t stay for a long period

the property isn’t too far from the airport. the pool was lovely and large. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, they looked after our bags until we could check in and offered free scones and juice in the mornings. the room had a bar fridge, and the shower pressure was amazing! The bed was comfortable. the rooms have balconies on the rooms.

the air-conditioning wasn’t working the best which meant we struggled to sleep because we are not used to the heat and humidity. carrying luggage up stairs to get to the rooms is difficult if you have heavy luggage.

the place is a little bit far from the central area. the room is not very clean and the hotel cleaner did not clean the
