A excellent place with the beach view and a comfy bed where the happiness of the family is experienced with a worthy pri

It was very spacious and the staff helped us a lot on arranging us an extra bed as soon as we arrived which made our stay at Ramada more comfy and easy. Because of my parents’ recommendation about the hotel I actually booked it. But I can guarantee that it is truly worth the price cause I used to stay for a four day trip at the Marino beach hotel once and when I compare it with the stay at Ramada, it was truly truly great!! Ngl!! Wanna have a visit to it again for sure!!! Loved it a lot!!!✨

Worst stay ever. Definitely I’ll never stay there again as I regularly go to Colombo

I travel a lot and this was one of the worst experiences. Worst service. They dint return my money which they were suppose to pay. No room service was done throughout my stay. Lot more

There are many things, list goes on…they were least interested in giving any service. Tried to get spa, not happened as they were not interested in any service. I mean everything was worst. We received roti half cooked not once, twice!!

1. Elevators were not working and without any warning or notification. 2. Understaffed at reception.

Location

The room did not have slippers or shower gowns. The quality of towels and adequacy was not satisfactory. Repair work on floor above was noisey. Main reception persons need sprucing up. Mini bar was empty, while tissue paper in rooms were not there.

The overall experience was good. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Moreover, the location was perfect for exploring the area.

we couldn’t open the window. It would have been nice to have some fresh air. Moreover, the room's lighting was excessively dim. Despite this, the overall experience was good.

Great value for money!

Really good value for money. Competing with some of the newer, flashier hotels… Ramada gives you the same level of comfort at a much more economical price. If a big pool suffices and you dont need an infinity pool, I would strongly recommend you stay here.

While everything is clean and comfortable, there is a slight musty smell in the room. Probably from a lack of ventilation.

Pleasant stay

Very close to Galle face. Great staff. Service was very fast and good. Staff helped around with all our requests and problems.

The room we stayed in (801) had a bad smell in the washroom due to a pipe or sth leakage. Hope its looked after.

Cute cat near the pool, defenetely worth to stay longer during the breakfast. Overall - I had a nice week there, will come back once near. Had already came for coffee while had been walking near the hotel. Hotel stuff helped us to clean our luggage after the mushroom accident.
