Geht so.

Lautes Umfeld, langsames, nicht aufmerksames Personal. Unterkunft nicht sauber. Fehlendes Inventar. Rezeption viel zu langsam und umständlich.

Smooth check-in. Nice big room. Some issues but none that would make me avoid this hotel in future.

We had to change the room because of some sound. Unfortunately the change was worse as it was a lower floor and on the street side. If this can be fixed will certainly stay there again. The breakfast is more or less same everyday. Some items are not replenished. The staff looked over-worked and tired.

Nice hotel needs improvement.

The room was nice, spacious and with a good view it met all expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the property is just perfect. The pool side restaurant was well managed and had a super view.

House Keeping was a bit tardy. They removed towels but did not put fresh ones. One day the duvet cover had stains. Had to call them to change it. The breakfast was monotonous, same spread everyday. Had a meal in the Indian restaurant. It was a disaster. Before ordering we enquired if the chef was Indian. We were told, Yes. The food had no flavour just heavily spiced (hot) to the extent that it was inedible. Complained about it to the resturant hostess. She then told us the "Indian chef" was unavailable and was cooked by someone else. During checking-out informed the same. There was no apology or offer to refund all or part of the cost.

The cushions in the seating area in my room were filthy. Needed a deep clean. The windows in the restaurant were also filthy. Maintenance was not great here.

Great centrally located hotel with good amenities

Great location for my office, lovely roof top bar and pool. Comfy bed!

It’s not a dislike, I stayed there 3 years ago and was amazed at the wear and tear on the wooden furniture in that time. Its not terrible but it just surprised me to even notice it.

Exceptional

Excellent hotel in the heart of Colombo. The room was big, clean, with good facilities. The bathroom is fantastic, and the view is stunning. Exceptional breakfast and buffet lunch. Swimming pool is great too. Very nice and polite staff.

Amazing spacious rooms with great views, the ever so helpful that took my lunch order each morning at the ground floor coffee shop.

Overall good for short stay

Staff was very warm and hospital, to mention the guys at the door and reception were very helpful. Quick to attend our needs during our stay, to mention: Yasith, Rohan, Haritha & Tharun were very nice to us during our short stay, very warm and hospitable. Kudos to the team at reception!

We couldn't sleep in the early hours of the day due to light leak from curtains, Bathroom was too cold due to air conditioner in the room, the floor tiles were too cold due to this reason, no shower door. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, pastries were not so good, Pillows were too soft it strained our necks, no bathrobe, no in-room slippers.
