Friendly accomodating staff
Dated interior, small rooms. Felt overpriced.

Free parking and good location
Heating in bathroom did not work and bathroom was not clean. Mould on bedroom windows. Staff not available to help with issues. Breakfast was certainly not 4 star, processed ham and cheese and shop bought hollandaise. Lift not available on arrival.

Good room, nice breakfast and great location for us to explore the environment

Everything! Clean, lovely staff, gorgeous rooms
The bar seemed to shut at 10. It would’ve been nice for this to stay open until 11/12

lovely property, great facilities and in an excellent location.
the EV charging point was an added bonus.
the room was very warm, however a fan was provided and the staff opened the window

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful
7.0
great location
receptionists gave great service
stains on white bedding
purple throw and cushions had some “questionable” stains on them too and were also very tired in appearance
breakfast was not good at all - I had the full English and the mushrooms were like rubber, halloumi was soggy and the bacon was dry as a bone

staffs are friendly and the rooms were clean and the breakfast was served well. nicely located close to the beach and not far away from a bus stop.

Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Don't choose scrambled eggs though as they were tough and rubbery.
Matress was very poor and needed a new topper. When discussed with reception I was offered 10% off in another stay!!! There is no lounge area apart from the bar. Place feels quite bare, no pictures in rooms either.

I’ve stayed previously through work and loved my stay so came back with my partner for new years. The staff are lovely, atmosphere is really good, the food is amazing and it’s a short walk from the beach!

Great location relaxing atmosphere nice and clean.
Was a little bit on the warm side probably as we on the 2nd floor had to have window open all night.

Reception staff on arrival were incredibly helpful and polite.
We were told no air con as an eco friendly hotel, but the heating was on in all the corridors which made it incredibly hot and uncomfortable to sleep and to get ready for the wedding we were attending.
We ate in the restaurant, which was pleasant, however the waiter took our plates from the ‘nibbles’ before my husband had finished. We were the only ones in there so there was no rush.

Such a lovely hotel - no faults from the room, to the wonderful and attentive hotel team and a really good selection for breakfast. Located in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of the seafront. Definitely stay again when in Bournemouth.

property excellently positioned. Room lovely, restaurant served well thought out tasty food. But the best thing was the staff who every time went that little bit further to make our stay memorable.

The feeling that all the staff were eager to please and make our holiday as enjoyable as possible. Special thanks to Alex, Reception Manager, who endeavoured to provide us with a room that we were satisfied with. He was outstanding throughout our stay. Special thanks also to the Chef and all the waiters/ waitresses - in the 9 days of our stay they always looked like they were thoroughly enjoying their work and eager to please. Nothing was too much trouble. The food and choices were outstanding and deserved Michelin Awards. A special word of thanks to the Gardner who threw in a car wash to remove bird muck! He always greeted us and was very pleasant to chat to and give useful information.
The furnishing of the bedrooms could be improved upon especially for guests with longer stays. Storage facilities were inadequate especially hanging space. The storage provided was in a wardrobe or closet. Both types had 2 thick dressing gowns with space for about another two hangers. At the side of that were tea and coffee making facilities on a tray sitting on top of a one drawer cupboard. There was no electrical socket near it. So we juggled things about and transferred the tea tray and cupboard so it was positioned for easier access and create more space in the wardrobe. I had brought my own hangers, thankfully. All this would have been unnecessary to do for those only staying for one or two nights. The other issue was the 12.5 percent discretionary service charge which was added to the restaurant bill. I do not think this is acceptable for people who have booked in on half- board terms. I like to leave a tip appropriate to our stay. The charge was discretionary but even though reception had been informed that we didn't want it it was still added on to our final bill on departure. Yes, the amount was deducted when asked but it wasn't a pleasant feeling to have to do this despite the cheerfulness and understanding of reception staff.

Room was really compact and on ground floor so no privacy unless curtains were pulled

Staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. Ten minute walk to beach and town. Very quite.
Room was hot as no air conditioning, however fan provided and were able to sleep with window open which cooled the room.
