It was very bad and never I travel again to this hotel

It’s very bad hotel actually is not hotel something like a hostel bathroom is very small and always has a very bad smell all the time no fridge or no table and in the night that we stay there was very cold and the manager told us heater doesn’t work!!! We are travel with baby’s and all the night we couldn’t sleep because of cold! Swimming poll was very dirty and very small in overall all facilities are poor damage and broken. We order full English breakfast but the breakfast actually is like half breakfast! I never travel again to this hotel.

Not a nice stay it disappointed us as a family.

Just the location .

This hotel was old dated all the bed sheets were not very nice and the carpet ,furniture and toilet was dirty.I did not like the smell on the bedroom .The water when we’re having the shower was either very hot or very cold .I would recommend to avoid this hotel if you want to enjoy your holidays.

Paid too much for what it offered

Location is good, we liked the fact that they have an indoor pool and a games room. Staff is helpful and polite, ladies from the staff were wearing uniforms (my 7yo daughter said: “Look Mum, they’re dressed like maids!”)

Everything is very old and run down. Old blankets on the beds, old fashion keys for room doors. No toiletries, but one little solid soap.

Hotel owners need to take a serious look at this hotel.

Not much, at all. Extremely disappointing. I booked it to use the pool but it's in a different building from mine, it's very small and did not appeal to get in there. The only positive that you can walk to amenities in the area.

The whole place is a two star hotel. So old, very old bedsheets, creaky flooring so impossible to sleep is you aren't on the top floor. Cobwebs, hair on bedsheet (not mine). I just couldn't believe £100/night that's what you get. Super disappointing.

Our family enjoyed access to the hotels swimming pool allowing us quality time without having to leave the premises.

I believe breakfast should be included in hotel stay price available to any staying customer in the morning.

Really loved the idea of the inside pool facility and being within the price of the room and it was fairly easy to find and clean room. very friendly & helpful staff.

unfortunately the pool was cold and had sand in the deep end. the jacuzzi didn't work and was also full of sand.

Get what you pay for

It was cheap so didn't expect the ritz, we liked the fact it had a pool but the pool was dirty,

Pool could have done with a good clean, hotel and decor could be updated, bathroom was tiny, when we arrived we were given room key but it had not been cleaned so we had to sit in the car park in the rain and wait.

Swimming pool was great with the kids

Being overcharged at the bar, £14 for 1 small coke, 1 pint Carling, 1 bottle of Corona not sure the bar maid knew what she was doing as the next person who ordered also was over charged

Nice location but sketchy

The breakfast was OK waitress was very welcoming but working on her own.

The pool did not have any access the first day which was one reason we booked with a indoor pool to use it when we did the next day there was a swimming lesson taken place and we couldn't use the hot tub was not turned on or cleaned.
