Hotel clásico bien situado

Hotel bien situado, cerca de todo. La habitación era grande y personal amable. Tiene mininevera en la habitación, eso siempre es un punto a favor.

Colchones muy incómodos, igual que las almohadas. Se escucha el ruido de la calle. La temperatura de la habitación era muy alta, hacía mucho calor. No se podía regular. La bañera no tenía mampara y se salía el agua, tampoco se podía colgar la alcachofa.

Gute Lage , aber bei wärmeren Temperaturen nicht so zu empfehlen .

Unerträglich warm im Zimmer ,Zimmer zur Hauptstraße , sehr laut durch Autoverkehr und Straßenbahn Verkehr direkt vor dem Hotel . Keine Klimaanlage , Fenster konnten wegen dem Lärm nicht offen bleiben . Matratzen bretthart . Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht .

Posizione e prezzo ottimi

Posizione strategica, a piedi si raggiunge facilmente il centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo Loft molto spazioso Ti chiedono deposito cauzionale ma è stato restituito il giorno stesso in cui siamo andati via

Il bagno è l'unica criticità riscontrata perché danno 2 asciugamani a testa (quindi manca quello del bidet) , niente shampoo e la vasca comunque è scivolosa e bisogna stare attenti Ti danno un cocktail di benvenuto omaggio da utilizzare nel loro ristorante ma è obbligatorio la consumazione al ristorante Cuscini scomodi (sono quelli vuoti dentro)

Гостиница внутри выглядит очень красиво,как дворец-высокие,лепные потолки,деревянные двери с узорами,лестницы с резными решетками,но номера современные,очень просторные,чистые и теплые.Гостиница находится рядом с Вацлавской площадью,но в тихом месте,недалеко остановка трамваев и метро.Рядом с входом в гостиницу находится ресторан с очень вкусной и недорогой кухней.В метрах 100 есть небольшой супермаркет теско. У нас был полулюкс,2 большие комнаты с кухонькой,в которой есть мини-бар,плита,вытяжка,посуда.Не было ни кастрюли,ни сковороды,оказывается,их нужно было спросить на рецепшене. В номере есть небольшой балкон и есть балкончики для курения между этажами . Ванная комната просторная ,теплая,сантехника новая,чистая,есть биде,убирают каждый день. Кровать удобная,подушки большие,белье белоснежное. Работники на рецепшене очень вежливые,дружелюбные,готовые помочь,некоторые говорят по-русски. Мы нашли эту гостиницу за 2 дня до полета и ни разу не пожалели,что остановились в ней.

Необходимо оставлять залог-40 евро за ночь,но не более 200 евро,в номере одно большое зеркало,но оно в ванной комнате,поэтому,если один делает макияж,то второй не может сходить в туалет,хотелось бы еще одно зеркало в прихожей или спальне.

Very nice and spacious hotel. Very clean and staff were lovely and very helpful

Said hotel had air conditioning but actually just one small fan in bedroom so the room was incredibly hot and humid during the day and difficult to cool it down in the evening. Also shower hose did not have a bracket to shower under so had to hold shower head in one hand whilst trying to wash. Apart from these 2 things hotel was very very good.

So much potential, it could have been awesome.

It is pretty, has potential; the location is very good, and the structure itself could be stunning if it were better taken care of. The staff was friendly and attentive. Cost was reasonable.

I like the room setup and while I like using the key, I did not like how big the set of keys were. Additionally, the room and main areas were not as clean as I would have liked. Also, while the desk staff was friendly, they were not helpful when I had questions about where to find services; thankfully I have a smartphone and was able to figure it out. Finally, and perhaps the worst but most important part, I was unable to sleep because a family came into my hall and there is ZERO sound deadening, so I heard everything they were doing and saying. It’s just too loud to have occupants in hallways together. If one cannot sleep or have privacy in the room in which they are staying, it would be very difficult for a guest choose this establishment again.

Very nice stay, all was perfect

Nice and large appartment. Nice location and quiet. The building is amazing, this is a real palace. Also Daria at reception was very friendly and kind.

not worth it. i spend 30,000 for a room which dont even deserve 3000 per day.

room was clean.

there was no telephone to call at reception or anywhere. they did not change bed sheets for 2 days. there was no water bottle.

The boiler in the suite was too noisy - there is not central heating so each room has its own boiler for warm water, which is located in the bathroom, just next to the bedroom. The boiler was humming the whole night, making it difficult to sleep.

Great location, 5 mins walk from National Museum and Vaclavskie Namesti. Spacious room and comfy beds. Good selection od amenities like toiletries, hair dryer, tea and instant coffee. Safe and minibar.

No possibility to self regulate the heating. Would be great if there were additional mirror in the room not only im the bathroom.

beautiful suite, near a small tesco, check in late, spacious, very private

wifi was very average and with no sim it was difficult to google, couldn’t call on messenger as it would cut out and overall disappointing after everything else was exceptional

Wonderful historical building. Good location. Value for money

The room was very big and give me the impression to be a bit "cold" in terms of atmosphere. The disposition of the bathroom was a bit weird, but fully functional.
