Heating provided
Breakfast was ok
Very helpful communication with owner
Location was good even if you need to walk a dark street previously getting there
Very large room so was hard to be heated - it’s January so it’s cold at night
Bathroom is separated from the room itself
Unpleasant smell in the room
Furniture a bit rusty
No kettle
Difficult communication with onsite staff
Hot water ran out early so only one of us could shower in the evening, the other one only in the morning - bit unpleasant

Ottima posizione.

The location was very good. In the heart of the old souq and the small alleys. The riad itself was neat and calm. The staff Khaled, Najeeb, Salahudeen and Nour were super friendly and helpful. We had to do a room move because of the airco not working properly the first night, Khaled was very responsive and moved us. The airco kinda got better gradually during our stay as we could get 23 degrees of coldness the night before our check out which we didn't get before for some reason. The pillows were too small and soft so I had to fold mine to comfortably sleep. The breakfast was nice but could definitely improve. Overall good hospitality shukran ya shabab :)

The spacious authentic moroccan style riad which makes you feel luxruios in the heart of the old medina.
The location was great to explore fez madina.
Nour the amazing host and her hospitality starting even befor arriving , she offered to call the taxi driver to describe the location, and after arriving she sent khaled another very helpful staff member to help us with the bags and to find the riyad, she was very welcoming and heartwarming and gave us a map and described every single detail in it ,and gave us very helpfull tips to save us many hassle,at the end of the stay she even gave us a ride to the train station by her own car because it was a weekend and it might be difficult to find a taxi early in the morning, she is really an amazing host .

we were a group of friends, and we are all enthusiastic about the Riad! common spaces are wonderful, my suite was large with beautiful traditional moroccon decor. We had dinner and lunch at the structure and everything was excellent and freshly cooked. But what really makes the Riad Borj Dahb unique is Nour, a fantastic woman and hotel manager: she helped us with everything (guides, transfer, money change, suggestions...) and she gives the Riad an enjoyable atmosphere! the whole staff is helpful and kind, really nice people! thanks to averybody for a fantastic long weekend!

due to the complications in the booking system, the riad organised our stay in another property, so we haven’t seen Borj Dhab - however Nour, the host, was very helpful and attentive during our whole stay. Thus we’re recommending this hotel!

I did not like the smell of the room

Luxurious l rooms in a beautiful, atmospheric century old building. Friendly owner who made sure somebody was sent to pick us up from the drop off point near the bank. Helpful staff who gave us advice about the best places to visit in Fes as well as a useful map. Good traditional Moroccan breakfast spread.
Nothing to complain about. My only advice would be to bring ear plugs for the call to prayer in the morning, but you will hear that anywhere in the Medina.

beautiful spacious rooms
The tours that were recommended were really bad. A waste of time! The breakfast is very bread heavy! Much more fruit and eggs would have been nicer.

The staff were incredibly helpful - gave useful local advice and were willing to go out of the way to provide support. Love the location in the median and the views from the roof terrace.
the Wi-Fi didn’t stretch to the top floor rooms (but was very quick when needed in the lobby)

The room was big. The bed was wide, but not long, but very comfortable, as well as the pillows. There is a heater on the bathroom which we made very good use of and the bathtub was nice. They also have rubs which came in handy
The staff was great
Breakfast was amazing with tons of options, fruit, fresh orange juice, tea, coffee, came(different every day) and the breads were also great (different every day). They even prepared us early breakfast even though the kitchen was closed at that time
The dryer didn't work
The location is good but is on a creapy alleyway
The water could be hotter

This is my regular spot whenever I visit Fes. The rooms are nice and large and have good facilities for your traditional Riad. You just have to remember that Riads are traditional houses so don't expect them to be like a hotel. The staff are great and friendly and the hosts are very welcoming. It is a healthy breakfast in the morning and the biggest benefit of this Riad is that you don't have to walk up any ridiculous hills to get there unlike other Riads I have stayed at. After a long day of trekking, this is a blessing trust me! It is also quiet and only a 2min walk and you are outside Bab R'cif with plenty of taxi services available.
Nothing, all was good!

Nour and her staff were fantastic. They were incredibly helpful, and always catering to our needs. When we first checked in, Nour took the time to listen to us and our plans, and how she would be able to help. They helped us arrange tours and transportation, led us to restaurants within the medina, and overall provided guidance and support throughout. The Riad itself is quite beautiful, and can be found easily just a short walk from Bab R'cif.

Everything. Riad was very beautiful, staff was very welcoming, and the room we had (Musk suite) was amazing - gorgeous room with a huge bed, separate bathroom with a very large bath, separate toilet. It was a bit cold at night (we were visiting in December), but the room had AC and kept warmth all night even with it switched off, and the bathroom had IR heating.

Staff was really welcoming and gave us local information. It felt like a home away from home. The location was very good. Every morning we had a very good breakfast. If I ever visit Fes again, I would definitely stay there again.

The host/manager was not there for the most part of our stay but she got into contact with us over WhatsApp well before we checked in at the Riad. She also checked in with us via WhatsApp on a regular basis to ensure that our stay was pleasant and to make sure we didn't need anything. The rest of the staff also went out of their way to help us where they could. I would only go to this Riad if I ever had to visit Fes again! The overall experience really was beyond our expectations!

It's a really beautiful riad and I love the room so much. It just feels like staying in the palace. The breakfast they serve is also awesome! Staffs are very kind and helpful too. I will surely stay here again next time when I visit Fes.

The host Nora was very nice and helpful!
The location was hard to find and I wish the riad had sent us more information in advance. The man who was behind the desk the first day we arrived was trying to get us to eat at a specific restaurant (clearly on commission) and it was really frustrating. The Wifi did not reach the bedrooms.

Excellent riad, great location, very nice hosts, especially Nour. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to help. Very spacious room, clean bathroom. Breakfast is delicious. WI-fi connection was unstable form time to time but overall it was OK. Highly recommend!

The property is a beautiful Riad. The owner is involved daily and goes the extra mile. His staff made us an excellent dinner and he served us a breakfast at 5:00 am when we had to catch a flight.
For our driver, this property was difficult to find but I think that was because of some construction. Once we found it it was very easy to get to from the main road and the owner had someone met us to take our luggage.
