Nice garden and room was nice.
The pool was not in the riad as shown on the photos.

It is a basic hotel. I was expecting a higher standard where the hot tub is located on the roof and I was under the impression that my room had a sauna but in reality there is a Hammam next door. Also, there are pictures on the listing of a pool but there was no pool I think it might be at the sister property. The last day we were there we found a safety box hidden behind some blankets it would have been nice to know it was there so we didn’t feel that we had to bring our valuables with us everyday. Staff was pleasant and did their best to please and help us whenever needed. I found hairs on the sheets when we checked in and the house cleaning staff came and replaced the sheets right away. Breakfast was good but mainly sweets but that is a common thing in Morocco.
Property could present itself even better if management invested a bit to upgrade the rooms, bedspreads and facilities and I think it could pay off and produce higher ratings in the future. None of this is a Reflection of the staffs efforts they are doing the best they can with what they have to work with.

The staff were very friendly and attentive and always smily. On our arrival Slimane sat us down, gave us tea and a map of the area, highlighting directions to key sites and giving us tips about the area. They let us leave our bags on our last day so we didn't have to carry them around all day which was really appreciated and the room was cleaned well when we were out. The riad is about 10 mins walk from the souks so was easy to walk everywhere to the main sites and there were shops and restaurants nearby. There was a nice calm atmosphere in the riad too and strong wifi signal. The breakfast was pancakes, cake and fruit and orange juice, yoghurt and tea. Everywhere was very clean.
I chose this riad as it was advertised as having a hot tub in the superior suite and paid extra above other riads so that we could have a hot tub as the trip was for my boyfriend's 40th birthday so it was a special holiday for us, but it was just a bath and not a hot tub. It took an hour to fill half way so we felt there was no option but to shower instead as it would have taken another hour to fill, but then only cold water came out of the showerhead which I had to hold up throughout the shower as the connector to the wall did not work. We raised it with staff who told us that the capacity of the bath was too big for their hot water supplies, which defeats the purpose of having a bath in the suite if you can't actually use it and having to take a very cold shower when I had paid nearly £200 for the stay was really disappointing. We raised it with booking.com and the riad denied any restitution, stating that they had offered us the jacuzzi instead when they had not done so and the staff had never informed us there was a jacuzzi at all. I had a later shower which was hot as I did it first thing in the morning before the hot water ran out and had to hold the shower head up the whole time again as they didn't fix the connector despite saying they would. This was very disappointing as otherwise we would have rated the riad much higher as everything else was great. I am really upset that we paid extra for the suite which didn't actually have the features advertised and then to basically be called a liar is not fair at all.

The ryad is nicely located just outside the crowded city center. The staff is incredibly kind and Slimane take care of me and my friend during the entire stay. Rooms are nice and cozy and breakfast is rich.

Lovely Riad. Super friendly and helpful staff.whatever we asked, it was organized for us, including a taxi at 03.30 am for an early flight. They even prepared a takeaway breakfast! So sweet! We dined there twice. They served homemade food and it was delicious. Great breakfast, comfy bed.

beautiful traditional riad next to medina. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The authentic nature of these hotels, this just wasn't my cup of tea. Air con didn't work. 1 double bed and a single was rubbish.
I was very disappointed when we got there. I just wish I had researched more. Was miss-sold a spa and swimming pool, it was very far from nearest car park.

while the property has very lovely pictures on Booking, I feel like it is misrepresented. The place itself wasn’t in the shape it is on the photos. Additionally, although it clearly states that it has a swimming pool, it does not. There is a small jacuzzi on the roof that could use painting and cleaning. There is a sister property it’s associated with, but that’s not THIS property. So, just from this point alone we felt misled. For the same price we found much, much better on Booking. My partner and I booked for 5 nights, but we ended up checking out after 2. They told us they couldn’t refund us because it was paid upfront, but they also wouldn’t respond to Bookings customer service requests to resolve the issue.
Breakfast is only available for 2 hours in the morning, so if you miss it, that’s it. We also had the bad luck of having a safe that wasn’t working in our room. The Riad itself keeps the front door to the street open during the day, so maybe it’s just my paranoia, but I want comfortable just leaving my valuables in the room. also, while the people who own this place are lovely, service there is a bit disorganized.

We met Mohammed and Slaman and they immediately make you feel home and very welcome. The place is a beautiful quiet place near the medina. It has beautiful rooms and a relaxing rooftop with a small pool. perfectly refreshing for the warm days.

Quiet location but walking distance to the hubbub of Marrakech, comfortable and attractive room, attentive staff (a blocked shower drain was immediately attended too). A takeaway breakfast was kindly prepared for us as we had an early morning departure. Lovely rooftop space to hang out.
Would like to see some fresh fruit and perhaps eggs included in the breakfast.

-Pleasant and helpful staff especially Suleimann
- Breakfast was not that great. Nothing seemed freshly cooked. Suggest to include more common options like eggs, bacon.
- Room and bathroom were very average. There was minimal ventilation in the bedroom and none in bathroom which made the atmosphere very suffocating.
- We found a live cockroach in the shower area during our stay.
- Not enough lighting in the room.
- Bought an extra water bottle (2 are given for free), they charged us 5€ for it which is 5x the local market price.
- The room we got in the Riad is nowhere shown in the pictures on Booking.com.

Lovely first experience in a Riad. We arranged a transfer from the airport with the Riad which was really easy and cost around 17 euros - which is a good price compared to what we have heard from friends. The host was very welcoming and greeted us with Mint Tea and explained how to navigate around Marrakech. Our room was spacious and clean.
The air con was quite noisy at night so our ear plugs helped with that.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here at the riad. Would 100% recommend this to all my friends and family. Muhammad and sharif were really attentive and gave us a really warm welcome, they helped arrange two trips from the riad which was stress free. We also booked the spa package and were relaxed. I would recommend staying in this particular riad over mainstream hotels which we’re used to as the service here is one the best we’ve had. The breakfast was tasty and we had a variety of morrocon traditional pastries.
everything was perfect

The hosts are very welcoming and nice. The breakfast was good too and my daughter has a great bonding with Mohammed. Our room has been cleaned daily. Great location!
The shower drainage wasn't working properly.

The staff was fantastic - Mohamed and Slimane went out of their way to make us feel at home!
Water pressure was a bit weak (perhaps normal for Maracech?)

the kindness of the staff, the fact that they organize tours outside of Marrakesh and the beautiful room
there is a bird that starts chirping really early in the morning and the pool isn’t really available

We had the best stay and the staff were incredible. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the team made our stay brilliant with recommendations and advice on what to do and see. The location was perfect and so easy to get to all the main attractions. Would recommend this to anyone heading to Marrakech

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful, they provided us with the local map and recommendations. We booked a transfer from the airport which was great and reduced the stress of finding the riad, especially if you're new to Marrakech. Breakfast and the mint tea was very good. The rooms were tidy. Location is great - nearby streets are not too busy, and most of the attractions are within a walking distance and we did not need to use taxi at all. We finished our stay by going on a desert trip and had to leave early - the staff kindly provided us with some take away breakfast. We felt welcome at all times.
We enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Just the small things - our room was quite dark even with all the lights on. We did not use the terrace much due to constructions at the time of the stay. The pool was available in the neighbouring riad, however we did not use it.

Everything was great!!! Nothing to complain about.

its a secret gem, quite secluded in location but thats the magic of it.
the hot water is intermittent, you'll be surprised half-way that the water shower turned cold. not a good thing at winters

Nothing bad to say - perhaps bathrooms could do with a bit more fixing but nothing that bad :)

it was well located and I walked everywhere. to the medina and old town which was 30mins walking
my room lock was supposed to be fixed dat before my arrival as they said but it wasn’t. the bathroom sink clogged up. I saw roaches run across the kitchen which made my stomach sick.
