Bon rapport qualité/prix.
Une seule petite savonnette de disponible pour toute la salle d'eau & portes battantes entre la chambre et la salle de bain très peu pratiques.

Location's very near to Jemaa Elfna square - we were eating from the vendors and buying groceries there.
The rooms are clean and courtyard is very beautiful and calm and good to have time together. The people were very nice and kind and ready to help.
None.

Location, super helpful friendly staff
Noisy dogs (puppies in the central patio)

The hosts were very friendly and the courtyard for breakfast was really serene and woke up to birds chirping. Very close to the Medina if you want to stay in that area.

the staff is lovely. always available, very helpful and accommodating.
comfortable bed, good hot shower.
A turtle, a dog with her two pups, and several cats in the courtyard. depending on who you are, the animals can be a plus or
a minus—a fair amount of yipping and yowling. Good location on outskirts of the Medina. No need to drag your luggage over cobblestones. Nice lounge.
Could be cleaner. Dust everywhere. mopping does not extend to corners. Rugs in our room were dirty. I moved to a different table at breakfast because the planter by my table smelled of cat pee.

The hotel is close to all sorts of restaurants and shops, yet it is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious, our room was clean and tidied every day, and the people were very nice.
There are loads of cats in the public areas of the hotel. They are quite shy, so they don't bother you at all. However, they sometimes sit on chairs with cushions on them and the morning after we arrived, we had flea bites. I think the insects came from the cushions we sat on in the public area. There are only a few cats that are allowed to come into the hotel, and it would be great if they could be treated for pests.

All good
Perhaps hotter water for the shower.

Lovely traditional Riad, good and helpful customer service. A 5 minute walk to the main square and situated off a quiet side street. Comfortable and functionable rooms and facilities. Private sun lounge for the hotel guests. Good breakfast for the price. Overall excellent value and experience.
Decor is a bit tired and needs a deep clean/ refresh. Strong smell of cats.

location was very good. We didn't order breakfast so I have no idea. Room was nice but the bathroom, the door is a kind of open so you can hear every sounds in the bathroom which is not so nice. there is no shower curtain and shower is very poor.

Fantastic for the price - a lovely building with lots of original features in a very central location - convenient for the Medina, main square and souks. Basic facilities, but we had everything we needed, with helpful and friendly staff. Everything was clean and safe. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely.
Check-in was a little convoluted and the restaurant recommendation could have been much better!

Beautifully prepared breakfast with large selection of fresh breads and pancakes, butter, excellent coffee in a unique courtyard.
The room was better and bigger than expected but late night and early mornings other guests could be heard but hey this is marrakech

Central location
Traditional Moroccan, not really for me, last minute choice

About 5 minute walk to Main square. Lots of restaurants along the way. Did not opt for breakfast. Room is old which is understandable, which may come off as being dirty. Bed is firm, working hot shower, no shampoo available fyi. Other than that, good price for location and convenience.
Lots of animals, dogs and cats that “live” on or near the hotel. They are cute, and I love animals, but woke up at night to their sounds barking etc.
