Great modern hotel in the middle of district 1

Great modern hotel in the middle of district 1. Great room with huge terrace. Very nice breakfast buffet. Super friendly and smart staff.

Lovely helpful staff and great breakfast.

Fantastic breakfast, lovely coffee. Staff were great. Olwen in housekeeping was very good.

Nothing really, pool wasn’t brilliant but ok for middle of the city.

Overall good value as location close to markets & shopping & many cafes & restaurants. Staff very helpful.

Great location. Lovely staff. Breakfast quite good. Stunning lobby & bar.

Room was small. Decor a little dated & needing some repairs. Pool was unusual but not user friendly. Dining room was not accessible for disabled guests as the floor not serviced by a lift. Some issues with dining staff not English speaking.

Very nice hotel in perfect location with extremely friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is in an excellent place to discover Saigon. Many interesting spots are close by. My room was towards the main street but there was no noise that bothered me. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful regarding possible trips or other suggestions. The hotel is not the newest but that did not bother me at all. I would absolutely recommend the hotel to other people!

Ostello con prezzi da 4 stelle

Colazione con ottima vista. Ho apprezzato il portinaio, se non ricordo male Tristan, che ci ha tenuto a salutarci la mattina della nostra partenza, visto che poi avrebbe terminato il turno senza rivederci.

La pulizia delle camere ed il ragazzo che è intervenuto per "sistemare" il nostro problema. Il giorno dell'arrivo avevamo delle formiche in stanza e dei capelli nella vasca. Dopo averlo segnalato siamo andati a cena, ma al nostro ritorno, dopo due ore, non era stata fatta alcuna pulizia della stanza. Tornato in reception per farlo notare, mi hanno mandato il ragazzo a "sistemare": mi ha fatto vedere, facendomi passare per stupido, che i capelli (non nostri) nella vasca si potevano pulire semplicemente aprendo l'acqua. E le formiche le ha eliminate con un bel po' di veleno. Ora, come avrei potuto dormire in una stanza appestata dal veleno? Ci hanno spostati in una suite, anche questa piena di formiche, che ho puntualmente fatto vedere al personale appena ci hanno spostati. Stremati abbiamo dormito lì ugualmente. Nonostante questo, il giorno successivo non è stata pulita la stanza per la notte seguente. Hanno provato a compensare con un buono per la spa che abbiamo rifiutato (in un hotel con formiche ovunque, andreste alla spa?), alla mia richiesta di compensare invece con la cena presso il loro ristorante, mi hanno proposto uno sconto minimo, a fronte di una spesa di almeno 25€, anche questa l'ho trovata una presa in giro. A questo punto mi hanno proposto di pagarmi il taxi per l'aeroporto, che ho accettato, anche se si tratta di una compensazione di circa 7€. Allego foto delle formiche e del fazzoletto con la polvere. La struttura ed il trattamento offerto, di certo non centrano nulla con la categoria dell'hotel (4 stelle) e con il prezzo pagato, avrei potuto tollerare tale situazione in un ostello, e con tariffe conseguenti.

Great location easy access to everything in town, nice and safe. Lovely refreshing pool.

Rooms are a little tired. Checkin was slow needing to sit down at a table and have a welcome drink, would have just preferred to check in straight away and get sorted.

Fantastic location and service. Would recommend this property.

Great location. Walking distance from Ben Thanh Market and War Museum as well as restaurants, shopping and day spas. Convenient store beside property. Very helpful staff. Free daily mini bar (beer, juice and water). Great buffet breakfast with different coffees to choose from including American coffee, Vietnamese coffee and iced coffee.

Hotel transfer very expensive and car no better than a grab car. I wouldn’t recommend.

lots of food places and circle k shop right outside the hotel. hotel location is good. staff are very friendly and helpful. the hotel looks really nice and has sauna facilities and a pool. room is spacious and you can watch YouTube on the tv.

Wonderful stay, brilliant location

We had a wonderful stay and would like to thank Jackie & Jasmine at the front desk who were great. The staff in the hotel are all very polite and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location also.

Swimming pool only let down for us really, very cold, therefore only used it once briefly during 3 days - and that’s in a country so hot & humid that want to be in the pool all the time :D

Very small hotel in need of an upgrade, great location.

Friendly staff and the breakfast was decent. The location is great.

The room is very small and without a window felt a little claustrophobic. The cleaning of the room was notup to standard.

Nice hotel with great breakfast

Location was nice and staff was friendly. The hotel had a really good breakfast. There was a pool and spa. We paid for a massage, it was very affordable and it was the best massage I had in Vietnam.

The pool was not outside so the water was very cold. The bathroom and shower shared a drain which was interesting as I've never seen that before. There was no shower curtain so the splashing water would go on the bathroom floor to drain. The bed was not a king but two twins pushed together to make it look like a king.

If we return to Ho Chi Minh, Harmony Saigon Hotel & Spa would be our first choice.

Great location and facilities. Breakfast was wonderful and the view from the 12 floor dining area was lovely. The room was spacious and clean. The free mini bar was very welcome.

the shower in the bath was so very poorly designed and water spilled out on the floor and could have even been dangerous the breakfast choice was so limited aswell an-d just ok

It was just ok. Stayed in the harmony suite, and the room was spacious and bed comfortable. Clean, nice room, clean bathroom, and clean outdoor area. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast and the breakfast staff.

Arrived late, requested somewhere to find food and was told by night manager nothing is open. Requested again, and until we pushed he said everything was closed, then finally told us that they had 24 hour room service. Disappointing since biu vien is 900m away, and open until 4am. Requested twice for body wash fill up and for instructions on how to use the outdoor spa. None of these were sorted out. Ended up using the spa as an outdoor bath Shower was terrible, pressure non existent, and temperature control was hard to figure out. It was overall just an average stay, and just didn't find the value for money there. For the cost of this hotel, there are so many more that are better, especially in Vietnam.
