modern hotel with larger than usual room. very clean throughout. cannot fault accommodation

a modern hotel in heart of busy area with spacious clean rooms with good facilities. Elevator to all floors.

The location was excellent. The room was neat and clean.

Misleading price on website.

The price shown was actually for 2 hours stay. And the website did not mention that the price was not for full day. I got a rude shock when the staff phoned my room and told me. Should have told me when i was checking in so I could cancel.

conveniently located near shopping mall and restaurants. walking distance to night life entertainments.

check-in to a room with faulty aircon. Friendly receptionist manage to replace a room for us in the middle of the night but aircon is not cold enough.

Perfect location, very beautiful rooms, no space to park a car though.

The location was perfect, the room looked better than in the pictures and the place was quite spacious.

There was no pace to park the car, and the private parking we found cost as much as the room.

In the heart of Saigon!

The breakfast was really enjoyable. Many choices. The hotel itself is very close to everything. Bars, restaurants, markets and whatever one can wish for. Would it not have been for the poor sound isolation, i gave the hotel a 9. Bed, shower, safebox, you name it, perfect. If i ever come back to HCMC i know were to stay. Thank you.

While it was soundproof from out side street noice and music it was a little too loud from the rooms nearby. Unfortunately some guest dont seem to know how to behave in a hotel.
