Location was good.

Location was good and it is waling distance to eateries and malls.

Booked a queen bed but was given 2 single without any apology. Staff lacked courteousness.

The only bad experience during my time in Viet Nam was in this hotel.

This hotel is in the middle of the city and it's close to shops, markets, restaurants so the location is spot on. The hotel breakfast was really good too. Lots of choices both hot and cold. My room had a good view. It had a table like any other room with a chair for the table. When I booked the room it called 1 Deluxe Double but when I got there I was surprised at how small the room was.

I stayed for 7 nights and in a deluxe double room. I can afford it and wanted to have a good time. I went on this holidays with two other girls and they shared a room in a different level from me. We went in and out of the hotel a lot together. At around 11pm one night I had a call from the reception, "hello is your friend still in the room and can you tell your friend to leave now? You booked the room for one person only." I asked, "what friend?" He said, "the person you came in with tonight." I explained to him that I have two friends who's staying here and that they are the only friends I come in and out with everyday. He started to interviewed me with lots of questions. I have never been so humiliated and I started to feel a little paranoid thinking that I have been watched. Whatever it was I didn't enjoy my stay after that.

Good

The bed and pillows are comfortable. Your hotel gave me a large bed which is what i requested. Thank you!

The bathroom kept flooding because the water would flow onto the sides of the bath tub and then come down by the sideway, near to the bathroom door. so for the first 2 nights, we have flooded bathroom. Thereafter, i used a towel to line the side of the bathtub that is directly underneath the towel rack, then the flooding eased up,

Прекрасное расположение отеля. Близко ко всем достопримечательностям. Приветливый персонал. Чистые номера. Очень удобная кровать, пожалуй самая удобная за все время пребывание во Вьетнаме. Вкусные завтраки.

Советую немного освежить ванную комнату.

Great location & couldn’t fault anything

Great location & staff extremely friendly. Air conditioning worked well & bed extremely comfortable. Couldn’t fault our experience. Would stay again.

Pool & gym area closed for maintenance but the hotel offered to get us a taxi to another Liberty Central close by.

Just okie!

Locations were great near Ben Thanh Market and halal food.

Our booking was not given as requested via booking.com. We asked for 5 rooms. 3 queen rooms and 2 twin rooms. 2 twin rooms I requested to be upgraded but was only given 1 room on the 1st day and 2 people have to squeeze in one twin bed on the 1st day. The reason given Hotel is fully booked! They were only able to give us the next day inclusive room upgrade which we appreciated it. For the queen room, they only give 2 rooms, 1 room was given a twin room. The same reason given is Hotel is fully booked! They did swop the room the next day. No ironing board & iron in the room. Cloth hangers only 4pcs. Toilet exhaust fan sound quite loud. The shower holder is loose. The mattress is too soft. Overall stay was ok.

A pleasant stay highlighted by the central location and facilities at the hotel and friendly staff.

Exceptional location, central to all major city atractions. Also central for tours outside the city. Breakfast was a feature of our day... plenty to eat and good choices. A good start to or usually busy day. Staff in all positions were ffiendly, attentive and helpful. We will definitely use this hotel when we return to Ho Chi Minh City.

An exercise area would have been useful. I understans that the fitness centre and spa were closed some time ago and have mot yet re-opened. However, we managed to do basic exercises in our room.

Overall I am satisfied except for the smoking smell

The location was excellent, staff was very helpful, housekeeping did very good job.. room was cleaned every day

Not a 4-Star Hotel...

Clean and well located. I got a significant discount, but not worth the normal price.

This is NOT a 4-star hotel. The quality does not reflect a 4-star rating. The room was less comfortable than I was expecting. The concierge service is non-existent. The staff are too few and get overwhelmed occasionally.
