Good stay in Tokyo

Perfect for family. Our room is big enough for 3 adults and two 29” luggages can be opened at the same time. The bed is comfortable, room is clean,, staffs are friendly. Towels changed every day. Our room has very nice city view. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

It’s about 18 minutes walk from Shinjuku. But very close to the train station and take 5 minutes train ride to Shinjuku.

A good home base for our group during our stay in Tokyo.

Great location. Enjoyed using the large tables on the main floor to have breakfast and meet up with our group.

Had a fantastic stay, incredible views, in a good location. Would go back.

Fantastic view on 21st floor, saw Mt Fuji. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortable, bright rooms.

Cafe/ restaurant closed. Maybe could have benefit from a wardrobe. English instructions could have been better for AC/ washing machine.

Very convenient and spacious

It is in a quiet residential area. The apartment we stayed can hold 4. 5 minute walk to Okubo and 10 minutes to Shin-Okubo (Yamotyo line) stations. Many restaurants and nightlife close by in Shinjuku which is just one stop away. The apartment was well stocked and clean. It had an inform washer/dryer, kitchen, dining area with 4 chairs, a refrigerator with freezer and a cooktop. Bathroom was spacious.

House keeping is just every 3 days but towels and trash bags given daily. The rooms became bright in the morning even with the shades down. Not necessarily a bad thing...

今回、初めてバンクベッドのあるお部屋に泊まりましたが、ベッドのマットレスがいつものお部屋より、少し固く、毎日寝起きに背中が痛くなってしまいました…

Convenient, clean and friendly

The hotel was conveniently located. The room was clean and we were supplied clean towels etc. The kitchen was basic but all we needed was there. Nothing was too much trouble.

Wonderful stay!

Close to shops and places to eat. Train stations were also really close by of need for travel. Good location if you just want to walk to the Shinjuku area (about 15 min.). Staff were very helpful, spoke English, and always willing to help. The apartments were very comfortable and spacious.

The clothes dryer in the room was really slow at drying. Could possibly be because it's a combo washer/dryer.

Comfortable room and convenient to get around.

Short walk from Okubo station, which makes travelling convenient even though it is not at the popular districts but it is just 1 stop away from Shinjuku. The room is comfortable and clean, they also provide all the necessary amenities. It is also much bigger than most of the other hotel rooms, which makes travelling in a family comfortable. There are also convenient stores and restaurants around.

There's no daily housekeeping but at least they provide a change of towels daily so it wasn't that bad.

Great location and excellent staff

The junior studio was spacious enough for 4 of us. Glad it had cooking facilities.

it was advertise to have two bathrooms. In fact it was 1 bathroom . The toilet was in a separate room than the shower and bathtub. We wanted to book a studio with two bathrooms, hence our disappointment. It would be good to be advertised accordingly. We tried to pay extra for a 2 rooms apartment but was too late

Like the location.

Location is good very near train station. Near a supermarket.

My room directly in front of the lift. Sometimes it is noisy. Bedsheet was not done properly after room clean up at day 4.

Perfect stay for families - highly recommended!!

Great location, the apartment hotel was perfect for a family of five. Fitting 4 adults and a 17 yr old. Convenient distance to the train and local yummy food / restaurants. Can highly recommended this place!

A bit expensive but that seems to be the “norm” in Japan / Tokyo

It was a great place to stay. Very spacious, great up to date facilities and helpful friendly staff. Great views from our room and very helpful in storing our luggage.

Great.. will be back if i am coming back to Tokyo

The staffs are very helpful. I left a bag in the room after check out and they emailed me to offer to deliver it to me. The location is good walking distance from train stations and they provided almost every kind of amenities needed.

We liked the location. It’s at the quieter outskirt of Shinjuku and very near to the Okubo station with a small Aeon supermarket just beside it.

It’s a service apartment so there was an en-suite washing machine. The machine however was in a filthy state and regardless of how much detergent we used, our clothes still smell.

Great location, close to train station, with all the basics you need for a comfortable stay

Amazing location, that's the main reason we stayed there, it's about 150m walk to the train station. Hotel is comfortable, has all the basic things you need, and the staff are super helpful.

The laundry facilities, but this is a minor complaint (the dryer does NOT dry your clothes, so we had to find another solution, after putting through a drying cycle at least 4 times).

Don't go there, it's not worth the price

Location, comfortable beds.

We booked a 2 room flat (normally 2 beds in 2 rooms) at this property but we ended up with 4 beds in 1 room, and a second room useless with a tv and 4 pillows. The room is old, not particularly well decorated and view over the train station. Not worth the price, don't understand how they have good ratings in Booking.

Great location for urban travel in Tokyo, lovely staff, very pleasant, and felt clean.

The staff were pleasant. I requested a room with a view, and was very happy with the view, so they accommodated my request. This was our first family trip to Japan, and we really enjoyed our stay. I feel the room was very clean.

Pillows were not what I am used to. Travelling away from home is difficult, so cannot expect everything.
