Will not stay there again.

Only one key was provided and the room is shown to be for four people.

There was no lift and there was only one key, also a very tricky way to get from the station to the place with luggage.

家のように過ごせて良かった

設備の説明、置いてあるアメニティ等もう少し詳しく知りたかった。あと3泊だったのでタオルは数枚あると良かった。

Tokyo è una città fantastica, popolata da persone meravigliose. Tornerò sicuramente!

Posizione invidiabile, vicina alle fermate di metro e bus, con molti negozi e ristoranti, non propriamente turistica, come io preferisco. L'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort.

Il sistema di prelievo delle chiavi. Dopo molte ore di viaggio ho dovuto leggere più volte la combinazione. ma si tratta davvero di una cosa irrilevante.

-appartement, spacieux et bien situé -bien équipé pour faire la cuisine -bien situé tout près d’un convenient store et de quelques cafés et à 5min à pied d’une station de métro

- pas où peu de rangement à part dans la chambre du bas. - attention, futon au sol, ça peut être très inconfortable lorsqu’on est pas habitué mais pour ma part ça a été rapide de m’y faire (2/3 nuits) -personnel réactif et agréable

Great location but it's work in progress

Well located in a nice area with lots of restaurants. The place is very clean with basic amenities. There is a dryer and washing machine available with detergent.

There was no elevator. Futons and pillows were very thin so it almost felt like sleeping on the floor. We requested an extra futon and pillows but these were not available.

Overall, we had a great stay at Nestay Inn Tokyo Kagurazaka.

We liked the ease of check in. The property's location is great. Everything was within walking distance. It was a great community to be at.

The toilet was so small and tight. I kept hitting my head, knees and elbow everytime I used the toilet. Also, there was no English instructions on how to operate the washing machine.

Quiet, clean room

Close to metro, supermarkets, convenient stores. Quiet and clean room.

Face and bath towels are not up to the standard. They are supposed to be clean and white, but they already turned grey and thin. We are elders, but we had to climb several flights of stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage. The toilet is too small for Asian, let alone Caucasian. The futons are not comfortable.

Superb

This place was located in a great spot within a quite community between two separate subway stations which were 5 min walk either way. The host was really polite and provided easy instructions for collecting the key and running appliances.Plenty of Lawsons and Family Mart close by.

The only fault was the mattress could have been a little thicker for the futon.
