Our accommodation was without problems, the place is clean with many facilities. The location was very close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Also, there were a few metro station not far from the hotel. The staff is very nice.
Here it depends on everyone's preference, the design of the hotel (meaning the carpet, wallpaper, furniture) and the room seems a bit old school and bold. Otherwise, there is nothing I didn't like

Comfy pillows, nice coffee
We ordered a room based on it having 2 King sized beds and 3 sofa beds for our group of 5. This was intended to be luxurious and spacious for us. Only one sofa bed was provided and we were told if we wanted the others we would need to pay for additional people. There was strictly 5 of everything. No extra towels, pillows or coffee. The staff were unfriendly and did not speak or understand English well. They were not helpful when we had trouble organising our luggage forwarding to the airport.

We were looking for a location that could accommodate 5 people in one room. Our suite was the perfect setup! The beds were comfortable, the amenities at the hotel were great and the staff was available and helpful.
We also loved the location as there were great restaurants nearby but also easy access to the subway system.
No major complaints. If I had to pick one, the couch could have been more comfortable.

We highly recommend this hotel for family with children.
we took the lowest category room for 2 adult and 2 kids age 10 and 12.
The room is spacious:
1 of my girl sleep in Single bed and 1 in big sofa bed (they ended up sleep together the whole week) and us parents in 1 King size bed. We got 4 luggages in total and 4 backpack. ALL FIT COMFORTABLY.
The cleanliness and amenities:
I’m a clean freak person and this hotel passed my standard, bedsheet, towel, bathrobe and slipper change everyday, clean neat and smell good.
Then-not to mentioned they provide full RANGE of amenities such as ORGANIC face wash, face milk, face toner, face oil, along with ORGANIC body mist, body soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Oh hello they also provide HAIR STRAIGHTENER AND HAIR CURLER, so ladies you will never have a bad hair day in Japan if you stay in this hotel! what you need to bring is only your hair serum😃
Location: Amazing, there are plenty of GOOD RESTAURANTS AND CHEAP NEARBY. subway just 2 minutes walking door to door from the hotel. If you come via Low cost bus from the airport, the bus will stop you direct in ToKyo station and we decided to walk from the station to the hotel, it WAS GOOD 45minutes walk! passing a lot of shopping mall and the palace of emperors. we enjoy it so much and just near by the hotel there is a very famous shrine (if you know KOMA restaurants in Singapore then you will find the original deco of the Shrine here)
Staff
SO KIND AND HELPFUL, ALWAYS VERY POLITE, THEY LOOK STRESS-FREE, SERVICE WAS FAST AND ACCURATE.
WE RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. fyi this is our first trip to Japan and we 1000% will be back to japan and stay in this hotel again.
Nothing. WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL

nice and friendly staff
room was not as nice as the photos

room size is far bigger than the usual rooms in Tokyo, two sofas, a kitchen area gave more than adequate space.
Location is also very good, with a very nice bar next door
no breakfast at the hotel, and whilst this was provided across the street, the breakfast choice was very limited. The breakfast quality, was however very good
4.0 / 5.0
very clean and convenient and also we enough room for 4 persons
the sofa beds were not so comfortable and also the last day, personnel did not give us wash towels even though the had removed the old ones. As a result, the last day we did not have towels

in the perfect spot, you have every thing close, the room really big and the personal really nice

clean and spacious.
it would be better for the breakfast to have more flexibility, eg better mix(only beef and salmon) and more drinks allowed per customer.
I was not allowed to mix to have the eggs (which is only coming with beef set) with my salmon and I could not have coffee and a juice for morning breakfast.

location was superb, 5-7min walk to 2 subway stops.
Rooms were a little too dated, but clean. it seems like the hotel renovated outside, but not the rooms.

Our luxury corner twin room was nice and big and we enjoyed having the extra sitting area and 2 TVs in the room. It was very handy having a washer/dryer in the room. It couldn't dry a full load though, so our clothes always came out a bit damp and had to be air-dried in the room. Good location, just a short walk to 2 subway stations. Plenty of food options on the same street which opened till late. Front desk staff were helpful though they were mostly not so fluent in English.
The carpet had some stains on it and didn't look too clean.

very spacious and clean! nice location with many restaurants and stores
also close to two train stations!
