Good location; good choice of food at breakfast and dinner; nice, light and airy restaurant area; good sized bar area; excellent lounge area; great outside terrace, comfortable beds and good bedding; easy outside access from/to ski room.
The ski room lockers were not heated

N&C is a simple hotel for those that want to go ski in the domain and want good value for money (when prices are low). Breakfast and dinner were ok with nothing being outstanding. If you are going to ski only and not spend much time at the property it will perfectly fit your needs.
First of all, Booking.com does not disclose that there is NO daily cleaning which is an issue when 4 a sharing an "apartment". Also, not all rooms have mountain views as per the hotel description. Rooms where cold with windows not closing properly and heating being off much of the night. There was also a clear lack of personnel (for instance one morning we had a guy doing pancakes but that was it, never saw that again). Ski room is old and looks rushed with simple wooden lockers with no heating for boots. I wouldn't chose this hotel during a busy period. Bar is expensive and many of the promised activities never took place (apres ski drinks/etc.)

Great location, brilliant facilities for children and excellent food.
Rooms very small

The location is very convenient to get to the lifts and the ski school. The outside car park was perfect for us with a high car. The food in the buffet is adequate enough, what you would expect for this sort of price bracket. We weren't expecting a lot, so in some aspects we were pleasantly surprised. The staff is also friendly enough.
My daughter is coeliac and although reception tried to cater for it and the chef was friendly enough to tell me what was safe, most of the other staff didn't know what gluten even is. Some of them didn't know they had gluten free bread, etc. Both people in our family got gastroenteritis and it was because of the buffet, as we didn't eat anywhere else. When I told the staff they said there was nothing they could do.

Good food and location

Location, kids facilities, friendly front office staff/reception.
The room is not cleaned by housekeeping unless the stay is longer than a week. The buffet should be better arranged with more stations, there is way too many people for breakfast and dinner.
WiFi is not free and the connection is weak.
The Lady responsible for the Restaurant during the dinner Madame LAETITIA! She didn’t want to give milk to my 1 year old baby, because the restaurant was already closed and she was arguing with me in French with no respect at all in front of my baby crying for milk, she even hide the milk so that I could not take it. This Lady LAETITIA is a bad woman with a bad heart.

Very friendly staff
Nice views from room
It's a great hotel for families, but a bit too loud for couples/friends since it's more oriented for kids (cannot even chill at the bar since there are animators for kids)
Towels were not changed once and no extra toilet paper given
Not really door to ski since there is still a bit of a walk

The Hotel was in a good location, nice 2 bedroom apartment, with view of the mountains. The shower was amazing, beautifully powerful & hot. Towels were provided. The room has a combination safe for our valuables. We went half board, the selection of buffet food each day was varied & fantastic, including the range of puddings. Water & wine was also available self service & all unlimited including food & drinks. Ski lockers were also provided with locks.
We went 2nd week in April, unfortunately the ski in, ski out snow had melted so it was a short walk to the ski lifts & back each day.

Location
No room cleaning

The breakfast was excellent and the food in general was the best I've ever seen at a buffet.
The room had 3 beds which was a very tight squeeze - would've preferred one bed to be removed. Also could have done with some more soap in the bathroom. Everything else was excellent.

good location
beds were rock hard. rooms very dated. all signage and communication in the hotel was French

We had a massive problem with our hotel rooms. We booked 6 rooms that should have had a double bed and a single bed in them, however only double beds were provided. Booking.com did not book our rooms correctly with the hotel, and will not take responsibility for their mistake.

Good price quality ratio

nothing
breakfast and dinner were extremely bad.
we received 2 towels per person and one tinny soap bar
the beds were really bad; very firm
the room was smelly; you were not able to control the temperature; very dry air; several nights we had to wake up and open up a window

Great location for skiing and good facilities
Boot room is a bit cramped and there is no room cleaning service meaning you need to get fresh loo roll from the reception desk - more elegant solutions must be possible - also the WiFi could be free seems a bit of a money grab these days

Close to the ski lift, great dinner buffet, and friendly staff that was helpful.
I really like the place and thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but if I were to change one thing I’d say they could have had more easy to access info information about transportation to other parts of the mountain and deals and discounts to places nearby like sport center. WiFi was weak and they charge you for it
