Location was awesome. Staff were excelllent, particularly the reception team. Food was good and the rooms clean and functional. Nice balcony as well.
We were told off in the bar area becasuse one member of our group brought in half a bottle of beer from outside, although all the staff were drinkoing and eating food in the bar area that was clearly not from the bar. We had just brought five alcohol drinks as well so it seemed a bit petty !

location
ski room terrible. staff not always as helpful and pleasant as they could be. nothing bad, just not going that extra mile to delight

very well run and set up for families. great access to the slopes. breakfast and supper like a boarding school canteen. the food often looked a bit tired but they fed a lot of people really well.
for goodness sake get the name right on booking.com. it took an hour to find as it is actually called Club Belambra Les Bruyeres. Les Menuires takes you to another hotel!
4.5
Fabulous hotel location and the included half board meals were exceptional- we had to book very very last minute due to a fire at the hotel we had booked in Tignes and we of course poured over trip advisor - the reviews on there were a bit worrying - but completely unfounded - to give you a level of food we like - Pizza Express, Nandos are our normal family outings- but the range of food would cater to all levels of fussiness, and you can have as much as you like! The bar area was lovely great Aperol Spritz! We also used the sauna and steam area - which was hardly used by the rest of the hotel and we had it to ourselves 2/3 times we went in.
I would say that the third bed that our daughter slept on was a little hard (sofa bed) but the main bed was more comfortable than most hotels I have slept in.
The boot room is tight for space - but you really spend no time there so it is no big deal - only mention it because that is something people had complained about- if you are any good at Tetris you will be fine lol!
Just note that if you get Ben's bus as your transfer and you are out of hours for the bus it is about a 25 minute walk from where they drop off and collect so we did have a rather fresh walk at 4.30 am on the way home!

It is now called Belambra. No mention is made in the booking of this, making it difficult to find.

Comfortable with nice food and with immediate access to lift area.
It too me over an hour to locate the hotel upon arrival. The name of this hotel on Booking.com does not exist!! Ridiculous!! I had a 12 hour drive then to spend time visiting 3 different hotels to find that it is actually called "Bellambra". I pointed out to hotel. No explanation or apology and they'd booked us 2 rooms by mistake attempting to charge us for both, again with no apology or explanation. Very poor from hotel management who hid behind reception staff in back office taking no responsibility.

great hotel right off the slopes, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The included breakfast and dinner are pretty good in my opinion. Would definitely recommend it as a great value accommodation in Les 3 Vallees.

Staff are all friendly and happy to help you. The desk staff were really helpful. Food is great if you go for the half board option and it's not the same every night. Room was fairly clean and no issues with the facilities themselves. Room was also warm after a day on the slopes, right near the brueyeres lift or walk through the little town area for 2 minutes and you're on the piste that heads down to the bottom of the reberty lift. Ski lockers are good for one piece of equipment each person, we struggled with 2 skis and 2 boards each. They also have a luggage room to leave your stuff which is brilliant if your travelling times don't line up with the check in. Had a lovely view in the morning too.
Half board could have had slightly more options for vegetarians but I understand this is a luxury. Slightly on the pricey side but you get what you pay for, great location, staff and food.

location, food and relaxed atmosphere all perfect for our multi-family group
claustrophobic boot room

near a major ski lift, place to store and dry your ski equipment
parking is very far if you want to use your car. the vibe there was for old people, 60+

Breakfast was acceptable, cereals, juices, cooked meats and cheeses, pastries, baguettes and even some hot options like scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Good location with a short walk to Bruyeres gondola allowing great access to three valleys. Reasonable prices in resort compared to other resorts in ski area. Decent ski locker in hotel.
Buffet style self service so important to get in dining room early or some options would not be available as hotel very busy. Sometimes cutlery not the cleanest and evening meals average at best.

Staff was very kind and friendly, the hotel is located in very good place, practically ski to door, from the 10th floor where is located ski boxes, through bridge you can find slopes, lifts, ski rents, ski passes, shops, bars, very comfy. Thanks
