Beautiful Stay

We absolutely loved your stay at Paloma beach. We have been to Tenerife many times but this was our first time staying in Paloma beach apartments. We had a large spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It had a large balcony with a table and chairs and a pool side view. The cleaners brought clean towels every second day and bed linen also changed. The pool area was spotless, the staff were out early every morning cleaning this area. There was a fee of €2 per sun bed, plenty of sun beds available. Also had large bed loungers available too. Reception staff were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. It is situated it a lovely area in los Cristianos and within walking distance to the beach. Playa las americas is also within walking distance (25min walk). There is a supermarket just down the road and loads of bars/restaurants close by. I would highly recommend Paloma beach, we will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Some music by the pool might be a nice addition🥰

Très positif hormis quelques petits détails qui n'ont pas suffi à gâcher notre séjour

Confortable , spacieux et propre . Piscine parfaite niveau propreté et température. L'emplacement, proche des commerces et restaurants à pieds. Facile à se garer et ça c'est un luxe.

Voisins bruyants et j'm'en foutiste ( anglais et espagnols) mais bon cela n'ai pas de la faute de l'établissement . Les français n'ont pas l'air d'avoir le droit à la cordialité du personnel et encore moins à un sourire. Léger au niveau de l'équipement de la cuisine . Transat de bain payants et attention la personne qui s'en occupe à un oeil de lynx , pas la peine d'essayer de gruger.

Nothing special

Good size living room. And a good ac extremely noisy but,needed even in the December room, gets stuffy and opening a window to much street noise.. Nice thick pillows. Good for people who want to cook and eat in. Good size TV and lounge area. Nice balcony and seation balcony. Apartment was lovely and clean and tidy

Hard to find room at first, staff did not walk up to door just gave directions from reception and ours was at very back and around corner of apartment building hard to find. The superior room did not feel superior.. Beds were narrow like cots and had noisy mattress cover,that kept coming off,when you moved. We stayed in room 67 at the very end of apartment building. Beside bottle bank. Not soundproof, lift was outside the door also... door locks quite sticky and hard to turn. No storage to put anything down in the bedroom or bathroom not ideal with two people staying Cost was €1008.00 for 1 bed, 21st TO 28th of Dec.

Nasz apartament był przeogromny z dużym tarasem, z którego był widok na morze i basen. Każda sypialnia miała swoją prywatną łazienkę, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. w kompleksie basen podgrzewany czynny do godziny 19,00. Obok recepcji snack bar, angielskie śniadanie 4,5e, kawa około 2 euro. Bardzo blisko supermaket SuerDino- 2 min od hotelu. Obok hotelu we wtorki i niedziele bazar:) bardzo dużo restauracji na wyciągniecie ręki, bezpłatny i duży parking przy hotelu. Do morza 2 min, do plaży główniej w Los Cristianos 15 min wolny spacerkiem. Polecam bardzo

Stay at Paloma Beach

Most of the staff were lovely, especially Marco. Apartment very clean. Pool lovely.

Had a lot of issues first few days with toilet. Had to keep asking for it to be fixed. Staff member who failed to fix it had the right hump having been asked to come back again (not our problem). Evebtually sorted. Had an issue after leaving which could have been dealt with better. However, still a pleasant stay. Beds not comfortable. Lack of cleaning during the stay. Overpriced.

Fantastic apartments and pool are, great relaxing area. Clean and tidy, home from home

Lovely location overlooking see not too built up. Quieter relaxing area. But still close enough to some surrounding. Bars/restaurants and short walk to promenade of los Cristianos and the market just around corner. Pool is lovely kept very clean. Apartments are very large and comfortable.

Only air con in bedroom needed it in living room . Few wee kitchen utensils needed. Colander, egg lifter, and grater. Also need up to date smart tv to get more English channels

Nice relaxing holiday

Lovely pool area , no hogging beds ( you have to pay but I don’t mind. Staff friendly and nice bar area for snack, drinks and breakfast. The complex is very clean and well kept.

The view from our balcony, but the apartment was lovely and very well furnished . I would recommend and stay again .

Beautiful complex that is well looked after and very clean. Situated on the flat with easy access to the seafront and promenade. Lovely on-site bar/restaurant with great staff. Received a free upgrade to a superior room - very helpful and friendly reception staff.

our third visit to Paloma beach and every time we are very satisfied. great location, facilities, absolutely great staff not only in the company but also in the pool bar & restaurant.

it was a dirty washing machine this time (I wanted to wash something) but it's not such a problem for us..

All staff were extremely friendly, especially the staff in the poolside bar. We were made to feel very welcome. The property is very clean, especially the pool area. The views from the balconies were beautiful. We had a sea view and a mountain view.

The room was extremely warm especially on a night, so we hired fans at 10 euros each which helped a little

Very pleasant in a nice location, close to seaside. Lovely beaches just a walk away.

Nice clean penthouse apartment. Large patio area. Heated pool was good. You can get a nice breakfast and lunch there.

No aircon, although fans can be rented from reception. No washing machine or dishwasher.

Definitely returning

The pool area is perfect for young kids its very safe and it's easy to watch them. The rooms are perfect 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms big balcony area and 2 doors in which makes it really secure.

The only complaint id have is it got a bit noisy very early around 6am just people out and about talking. There was some work been done on some apartments so there was a good bit of drilling going on throughout the day.

Great stay! Would highly recommend!

Lovely spacious apartments in a great location. It was close to the strip of restaurants. The pool was clean and lovely and the on site bar had a great selection of food and drinks throughout the day.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Pool was amazing and great for kids as had a shallow end. 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean with all amenities we needed. We left some cards behind in our room when we went home and the hotel posted them to the UK for us immediately and we’re very responsive (thank you!)

The penthouse apartment was spacious and had two balcony's with a lovely view. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and I would recommend it.
