Our stay was absolutely amazing and tranquil. I’m definitely staying here for as long as I’m in CPT.

The property always exceeds my expectations honestly, very homely, chic and super clean. It’s everything every single time.

I think this time I was a little unhappy with the food, and service in terms of billing me. The waiter wanted to charge me for delivering food to my room, he charged us for non existent things or double charged where unnecessary. That did not make me happy at all. Honesty is very important in a place of high regard like this one.

Super nettes und aufmerksames Personal! Frühstück war richtig lecker (vorallem die Eggs Benedict). Überwachter und privater Parkplatz. Tolle Poolanlage und guter Service. Das Essen und die Cocktails waren ein Genuss. Tolle Lage. Eine kleine Oase mitten in der Stadt. Einfach allgemein eine wirklich tolle und entspannte Atmosphäre. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

Excellent facilities that exceeded expectations and we would return and recommend.

We stayed one two different occasions over two weeks spent traveling around SA and cannot speak highly enough. The facilities and staff were exceptional. The pool and poolside facilities are superb and get morning and afternoon sun. Both pools are good sizes and very clean. The breakfasts offered a great mix of hot and cold as well as pastries and fruit salads. Location - Sea Point is gives very quick access via Uber to Camps Bay, Clifton and the fee V and A. We had no trouble at getting Ubers and seeing what the city offers and using The Glen as a base. We would recommend to and definitely return. We had a poolside room on our first stay which was superb.

Second room (13) was a little tired.

Exceptional

Everything about this place is just amazing. From the moment you enter , the staff and service is second to none. They work as a team taking care of your every need. They are attentive and want to ensure their guests are at peace, happy and well taken care of. Their service is truly the best. The food and drinks and the amenities in the room are also just superb. They have wonderful touches. I was truly impressed with this gem we have discovered and cannot wait to be back.

3 Day Cape Town Stay

Hotel in a lovely location, staff were extremely enthusiastic and always available to help. Good facilities throughout - we had very high winds during our short stay, which shut most of the main tourist attractions in Cape Town; the pool area, massages and F&B were well used! Hotel management were great and looked after us very well with personal contact on a regular basis. Organising free bus tour tickets was a lovely touch and altho we had issues with our room (see below) it was handled quickly and professionally- thanks Mark 👍

There were a few issues during our stay - our air con started leaking on our last day, and we were moved to another room. It was a shame but handled well, as I noted above. ✅️ Staff were so friendly, but occasionally, we felt they were easily distracted - orders would be taken and sometimes forgotten, or when we asked for banging doors to be secured (due to v high winds), it didn't happen and at night there was a lot of noise which we had to go to reception to resolve. A lot of the staff were very young and with more experience, I'm sure they will sort out these details 👍

A wonderful oasis in Cape Town

Lunch and breakfast was good, pool lovely, massages amazing, a very warm welcome on arrival

sometimes the wait staff didn’t see you if u weren’t sat by the upper pool. Breakfast was a bit hectic, no one to greet on arrival as staff were at the reception chatting.
