Rooftop Bar war das Highlight.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich! die Lage ist zentral in zweiter Reihe zum Wasser. Einen Strand zum spazieren gibt es dort allerdings nicht. Stattdessen kann man an der Prommenade entlang laufen. Dafür hat das Hotel eine schöne Rooftop Bar mit Swimmingpool. Der Ausblick war super zum Lionshead und zum Meer. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen.

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr wintzig. Der Kleiderschrank war zu klein, da auf einer Seite die Therme eingebaut war. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer waren dafür aber sehr groß. Leider gibt es keinen Balkon. Wir schlafen gerne bei offenem Fenster. Dies war aber nicht möglich, da uns nachts die Mücken plagten. Hier wären Fliegengitter sehr, sehr hilfreich.

The room exceeded expectations with size and decor. Well situated for the party we attended nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Definitely will go back when in Cape Town again.

Very poor

The room was extremely hot as the air-conditioning didn't work. There is clearly no communication between shifts as we were assured the problem would be sorted out while we were out for the day but when we got back, the staff did not know what we were talking about. We were moved to the next room and the air-conditioning didn't work there either. If it wasn't so late we would have left at that moment. No torches or battery operated lights were provided for loadshedding - the staff seemed to rely on the fact that the generator would kick in, only it didn't. The music from the downstairs restaurant was extremely loud in the evenings. The children's play area was lovely but smoking is allowed at the seating area adjacent to the play area! No vegetarian options (other than a salad and chips) are available on your restaurant menu. We checked out early. I would like to thank the manager, Tiaan, who was very kind and professional and did everything he possibly could to assist us - but without support, working facilities and communication, he was in an impossible situation.

Amazing rooftop pool, with lovely views and good bar menu

The hotel had the most amazing rooftop pool/bar. - great views and great hangout spot The breakfast was amazing and the mimosa station was a nice touch! Staff were super friendly and very helpful! The room was large and lots of shelves and space to store items (although more hangers in the wardrobe would have been helpful) Beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows.

All in all we were happy with our stay, but there were some issues such as: - elevator not working one evening - the trees on the street outside had some sort of bird colony and the large number of birds were very noisy - all day and night! - aircon in the room was not working great and VERY noisy - the shelf in the shower was leaning so much you couldn’t use it properly as things slid off - there was a bit of a smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom

Comfortable stay in Cape Town

Lovely spacious suite, which was clean and serviced daily. Food at the Skye Bar was amazing. Spa treatment exceptional.

Staff could be a bit more friendly and attentive. TV in the suite couldn't connect to any channels. Vacant hotel across the street has become the home of tons of seagulls that make noise 24 hours a day.

Superb

Lovely room, spacious and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and dinner. The childrens play area was a real bonus. Our 4 year old daughter loved it. It kept her busy while we could relax and sit nearby. It was really well equipped with lots of toys and things to entertain the little ones.

We had a fantastic stay, the kids loved the pool and the play area and the staff were awesome

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they really went above and beyond. The kids play area was great!

The appartment was spacious and had all important features like fridge, watercooker, daily cleaning and a nice bathroom. Cleaning of the room could be better. Wifi was good. Breakfast was fine not special. A big plus is that you can park your car save on the property. Staff was friendly. Pool restaurant on the roof is the place to be and served nice food as well. Nice view, Hotel was for me on walking distance for the waterfront area which was a 30min walk. Go for sure to the bar around the corner, the office, they have the best burgers in town. It comes close to a sports bar.

The room size is excellent and beds very comfortable

The bathrooms are too small compared to the rooms. There was too much loud music at night which made the stay a little unpleasant. However, the staff were very helpful in helping us change the rooms.
