One of the days my room was not serviced, towels were not changed and yet staff came to notify me that my shower door was broken.

Tranquility there is a vine for for sure

I loved the market located down stairs feature live music almost daily and the variety of stall selling from burgers, pizzas, islce cream, cocktails. Theres anythong for everyone indeed. Its literally a walk to beach which can also be enjoyed from the mojo hotels roof. Absolutely fabulous.

Linen to be changed after 3 days. Please consider making that 2 days espeacilly for someome stay for about 4 to 5 days.

Vale a pena pela localização .

No dia check in descobri que o quarto não tinha janela.na recepção o sr Damien + o gerente deram upgrade para um quarto com janela pois fiz reserva para um mês agradeço muito sr Damien fica na recepção do hotel me ajudou em diversas situações..o hotel está super bem localizado e seguro com muitos restaurantes, mercados e cafeterias.

A cama era muito mole precisava ser trocada. O sistema de limpeza do quarto precisa ser revisto porque ficava horas fora do hotel e quando retornava de tarde o quarto estava sem limpar..havia um enorme buraco do encanamento no teto.

A great affordable find :)

Well designed layout for a smaller room. Double bed rooms is a pictured and comfortable. The parking is secure. Staff is very friendly and very helpful, adding to the experience! The location is absolutely convenient to beach and walking around. It’s great to have such a great food selection just downstairs. Nightly music which we did not hear in our top floor room. We were there on a Wednesday, when the entertainment was a talented acoustic guitar singer.

Slight odor maybe from the drain.

Great as always!

I have stayed at Mojo several times before and it is always great. This time when we arrived, we had the added bonus of a room upgrade. Staff was friendly as always and we were in our room very quickly. We did however misread the room number and attempted to enter 138 instead of 128 that lead to a laugh 🤣 I would suggest adding the color code to the room number on the card, it can avoid some confusion, the 2 and the 3 is very similar on the wall and door indicators. We noticed the bathroom light was flickering and we reported it, it was amazing that the issue was addressed instantly. Thank you for a great stay!

There was a party in a room nearby, they had a boom box and did a lot of drinking that escalated their noise levels as the night progressed. I would suggest that management step in when music is involved. However, this was the first time I have encountered this at Mojo.

We liked that the staff made sure that the rooms were clean before booking us in, eventhough it took a few extra minutes.

Would rather advertise as a backpackers hostel

Studio room was nice and clean. We were helped quickly when we checked in. Parking was available when we arrived.

Very noisy till very late….3 am. Not a family friendly hotel. Would rather advertise as a backpackers. AC leaked thru night. Everything that was on ground was very wet. Previous customers left ice cream in the fridge.

Based accommodation- you get what you pay for.

Good location.

Trendy and minimalist just means basic. The bathroom door would not shift open or closed. Told it couldn’t be fixed. No lights in the bedside lights. Also told this couldn’t be fixed. Balcony furniture was rusty and worn. Really grotty.

Sink was broken, walls very thin, staff shout in the passages, noise from market downstairs, shower door was not working , sink dirty , wifi didn't work half the time, staff were not proffesional , no batteries in aircon remote

No apto para descanso!

El food market era bastante animado , con musica en directo y muchos puestos de comida diferente!!!

Una de las peores noches de nuestro viaje!! Muy ruidoso!! A las 3 am intentaron entrar en nuestra habitacion de manera reiterada, y a pesar de intentar contactar con la recepcion en varias ocasiones, nadie respondió al telefono!! Un buen susto!

I always enjoy my stays here. The amount of activities that are available are amazing not to mention the live entertainment.

I was disappointed that the room I was in had no windows at all. The previous time I was in room 203 and it was amazing.

Disaster

Nothing we could not sleep, we wwre in room 119, people next door had a major argument thatvturned into a fist fight, security and SAPS, this went on for 4 hours before anyone did anything about it, ridiculous sounded luke the room was brocken in to oieces the way they were going on, I am in the hospitality industry and wull never recommended Mojo Hotel

Violent domestic fist fights that went on for hours before anything was done about it oathetic place

No Telephones in Your Room/ Great location though!

I loved where it was situated and the view was Great from my Room. The Receptionist ( Cannot Remember his name ) was very accommodating, I couldn't find my booking because I made it Two hours in Advance before arriving and understand that it takes sometime for the booking to show up. The individual was quite attentive and understanding and also advised me that he will be collecting payment later in the Room as we were unable to find the booking at the time. Very friendly as well.

Fortunately I am a Front Office Supervisor and I work in a Five star hotel Abroad and understand that it's not a five start hotel however, what really got to me was the fact that there were no phones in the Room , who do we call when we need HK or in case of Emergencies, did we have any incidents before where people were stealing or breaking phones hence , we do not have any phones in the Room ? As a Hotel it's important to have These Items , as it is mandatory, imagine something should happen , we would have to run down the long corridors until we get to the lift and wait for a while to actually go to Reception. Management should be looking into this or maybe there was just no phone in my Room 😀, besides the Phone everything else was Good ! Will definitely come back in the future as I love the location , but please work on trying to get Telephones , alternatively emergency buttons.

Ladies please stay away from mixed dorms! 🛑 I beg

A friend of mine lost her suitcase and the staff didn't bother to help her with footage. Staff were inconsistent with the investigation. She had to remind them about the matter every day until we left. I wish they could clean our rooms every day. There is no way you could clean the room twice in week where 6 people are sharing 😭.

Amazing place and awesome to have multiple restaurants downstairs.

There were 7 people in the room for 6 beds. So they made a mistake and it took a decent amount of effortvto get it fixed. Which is not something a customer needs to fix, the hotel should do that.

It's in the best location and the staff is more friendly.

Too noisy, it would be good if the room were soundproof or something. Being able to park your car before checking in, would be great. It makes it difficult to look for parking if all the street parking is not available to come and check before getting a moja parking. Please do have at least complimentary water.

The fact that some photos of the rooftop was misleading i never saw those nice nice chairs and greenery but overall nice place nice staff very accommodating i must say 🙏🙏🙏
