C’est simple j’ai tous aimé ! Le personnel au petit soin qui nous conseille pour les excursions etc.. d’ailleurs urbino superbe :) Le petit déjeuner au top et la dame très très gentille et de bon conseil

C’était tellement bien sauf peut être la distance du centre ville 4 km mais bon en passant par la plage pour des jeunes c’est top

If I ever come back to visit Rimini the reason would be the UP-Hotel.

The hotel was designed very stylish and modern, the people there were very nice, the apartment and generally the whole hotel was very clean and the location was very ideal

Modern hotel, rooms big, everything you need you can find there. I would like to say thank you to people who are working there. There was a situation were we left our few stuff in the room after check out. We called them and they checked the room to find them. They found more than one lost item. People with good heart! Beautiful place to stay!

Great value hotel and very friendly staff

Great location for the seafront. Staff were very friendly and advised us to park for free on the road outside rather than pay for the hotels parking £12 a night. offered us water and biscuits for our onward journey. Flexible breakfast time from 0730-1130!

the corridor doors are noisy if anyone opens them which disturbs any light sleepers

The staff was extra friendly and helpful. The room was ok and nice.

We were taxed for a 2 year old baby without notice.when we asked for a baby cot at the beginning of the trip they said it will be extra.

Best staff ever!

The staff is amazing, they seem to be a great team and they would do everything in their power to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed there for NYE and they brought us champagne and cookies.

Great design hotel with great staff

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Cool modern interior design. Very clean. Very tasty breakfast with quality espresso. Comfortable bed and pillows. Near the beach. Invoice provided. Fast check in via whatsapp. Very good communication.

The basic room had a problem with bad smell in the bathroom but offered our friends to change it. Breakfast isn't the classic swedish buffet, but like a cafe kind where a nice lady puts on your plate whatever you choose from the offer on display. If you are a little shy to ask for a refill you might end up not fed enough :). There are mosquitoes so bring repellent.

Amazing place! 🤍

Hotel Up is amazing place! Everything was great: Smiling and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, extremely clean rooms, awesome interior design. Our bed was huge, pillows ideal, room spacious enough and cleaned every day. Possibility to get free water to bidons was something that we didn't expect, but it was just perfect. Staff was amazing- everyone was super nice and trying to make our life easier. Hotel is located 3 mins walking distance from the beach and 5 mins from good restaurant, couple of minutes from buses to the city centre. You can borrow bikes from the hotel for free.

For some people location can be too far from loud city centre.

Simply a perfect hotel for beach holiday

This is an amazing experience hotel. The aesthetics and branding are great, it is very pretty. Staff is super friendly and always smiling, honestly looks like they enjoy the work there. There is a small parking on premises, but a better option for a longer stay is the parking lot further from the hotel with 24h shuttle available. Our room was huge, it had 2 balconies, a couch 2 TVs and a big bed. The bathroom was really big as well, with 2 sinks and a rain shower. Location is brilliant, 3 min walk from the beach with many stores and great restaurants close by. Breakfast was really tasty, hotel gives you free water and a reasonably priced bar. You feel really well cared for in this hotel and I was seriously sad to leave.

These are very tiny negatives: the wifi is a bit weird and you have to register for it, but it works fine. The breakfast is also a bit weird as you have to order things - no buffet which is always more fun.

Breakfast was amazing, they also had a water tap so you could refill your water bottle! The room was nice and tidy Also the staff was very kind and helpful!
