The location, the service and the confort.

Perfect stay. I loved how PeruRail was a few feet away. I loved the aroma as soon as you stepped in the door. Breakfast was excellent. The room was just lovely. Staff were so polite and attentive.
There’s not many restaurant selections nearby. The water pressure in shower was very low.

Tolle Lage, schöner Park. schönes Hotel, Zimmer sehr komfortabel. Gerne wieder
kleiner Pool im Verhältnis zur Größe des Hotels, öffentlicher Wellnessbereich zu klein.

The hotel has a gorgeous architecture and the settings are wonderful. Very clean and the staff couldn’t be nicier. We felt welcome and safe.
The breakfast included is really good.
One night the hotel hosted a private event outside with a wood burning oven and the smoke got inside our room. It was really bad, the hotel staff tryed to mitigate the problem but the room smelled like smoke all night and our clothes got the smell s well.
I complained with front desk and they sent a person to mop the floors; that didn’t resolve the problem. Our list night at the hotel wasn’t very pleasant because of that situation.

rooms are super cozy and comfortable beds. exceptional amenities! Even had a harp player at breakfast. breakfast is a huge spread and the pool and jacuzzi awesome.
mainly an issue with my booking not the hotels fault but they helped me resolve it

This spa hotel is amazing. Best hotel we stayed in Peru
We tried the spa and it was very good and reasonably priced
huge rooms, excellent view, extremely comfortable.

Everything! the hotel itself is in a fantastic setting in the valley by the river. The building is contemporary but in keeping with its setting and the decor is to a very high standard and very stylish.
The rooms were fantastic. very good size, great aspect onto a lawn, beautifully decorated and very well maintained.
the staff are all fabulous- without exception. Isaac the concierge persevered in trying to get ahold of us while we were on the Inka trail to arrange to collect us at a town near the hotel while he then arranged for our bags to be collected from Cusco and brought to the hotel. Raul and the waiting staff could not have been more attentive.
and the food and drinks (a bit pricey) were excellent!
the wine was a bit pricey

1) Pools, jacuzzi and sauna
2) Sustainability actions towards plastic-free (still some plastic bags, but efforts to replace them for tissue and paper bags)
3) Interior design décor
4) Breakfast with local andean dishesand fresh juices
Overall overpriced, comparing to other 5-star hotel in the Sacred Valley. Mandatory taxes for experiences ( you could at least have the option to choose or not). Indeed, overpriced transfers to Cusco

Very good breakfast and Spa area
Shoe service was 30 minutes late, which delayed our departure.
Photos of rooms could use an update (look much more 90s than the actual rooms which are very nice)

The hotel is beautiful and so are the grounds, very peaceful. The restaurant and spa services were incredible.

It was very clean, the room and bathroom were spacious, the service was almost perfect and the grounds were beautiful!
When we arrived we were held at the front gates for quite a while as the doorman couldn’t verify our booking even though we’d received correspondence from hotel staff earlier in the day. After a long journey it was frustrating and we’d prefer to have gone through this process at the reception if at all. Other than this issue the service was exceptional. Our only other gripe was the lack of any vegan options on the menu, the waiter was as helpful as he could be but you’d expect more in 2022 from such a nice hotel! Overall we definitely had a great experience!

Spa is great. Nice and comfortable rooms and great service

This facility was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and spa, the walk around the complex and meals. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great for exploring the Sacred Valley. The resort and location are highly recommended.
This was the best accommodation that we had for our 3.5 week tour of Peru.

The amenities are very nice (swimming pool, rooms with access to a private garden). The location is perfect with its own train station to Machu Picchu. I liked the fire place in the lobby.
The restrictions for COVID were too intense and did not allow to enjoy fully of this expensive hotel. First, the access to the swimming pool was so limited that I had to book with three days of anticipation to have a decent access time (otherwise was left 8am or 9pm, which is complicated with a little baby). The swimming pool is one of the reasons why I chose to stay at this hotel. Second, the menu was very limited (we had to choose between 5 starters, 6 main dishes and 3 desserts). I guess that this limitation is due to COVID measures. But once more it is too extreme. When you go to such an expensive hotel you expect to have a nice variety of food. Not saying that the lemon pie was extremely expensive for the size - size of the palm of my hand - and the taste (56 soles - for Peru, it is very expensive). Third, the staff is very nice but not well trained. Finally, since I booked through Booking.com, the hotel made paid an extra of $30 per day to be able to access all the amenities (ex. swimming pool) or to the group activties they offer. We did not want to participate to any of their group activies but they told us that it was a mandatory paiement. I trully believed that the access to the swimming pool was part of the bedroom price. I really did not appreciate it!
