We have traveled a lot with our family of 5. This was be far the best hotel we have ever stayed at for kids. We have a 5, 3, and 1 year old and the staff and amenities were amazing. We enjoyed the trampolines, Alpacas, outdoor seating areas, flowers, and the restaurant. Food was great and I had a lot of fun doing the onsite cooking classes. Great location for exploring all of the Sacred Valley sites.
Nothing. Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. We plan to return.

The staff was exceptional and I felt not only that I was at a very nice place, but that I was among new friends. It was lovely boutique-rustic.

This hotel was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made arrangements for my transportation from the airport in Cusco. The grounds were amazing with spectacular views. They took into consideration my husband's dietary needs at the restaurant located on the grounds. All around, fantastic!
Wish they had a desk in the room or some place to store my backpacks that was not the floors or the single chair in the room.

There are luxury hotels that offer great service, and then there is Lizzy Wasi a hotel that makes you feel as if they built the hotel just for YOU.
I mean talk about one of a kind attention to detail and service! This little gem of a hotel sits in an unassuming small side road. You wouldn’t think much of it when you pull up.
As we entered, we were greeted right away by the staff, Jesus the manager, Bill and Lizzy the owners and Alvaro.
But the service began way before we even arrived. Weeks before the trip as we are making preparations. I reached out to Lizzy Wasi via WhatsApp. Lizzy was incredibly helpful and kind to give her time to answer many questions and let me pick her brain. Because of this, our family saved so much money on tickets and tours to Machu Picchu, then she referred me to the manager Jesus phone number. This brilliant fellow ran the place like a well oiled machine! He coordinated all the transport for us!! He was fantastic , he checked in right before our trip, and assured us that everything would go without a hitch. And I did.!
We were picked up in Cusco by the transport Cuzco Mágico which Jesus had set up for us. On the way there the driver was kind enough to stop in a small town, where we were able to buy some alpaca and llama wool sweaters. They explained the process to ise alpaca and llama wool and how to dye it using natural dies from the region. Very cool!
Peruvian people are just so kind and polite. Customer service is definitely Paramount in this country.
We arrived at the hotel, and, as I said, we were greeted by most of the staff. We were led to our room, which was a two-story suite, that was beautiful and incredibly cozy, included a fireplace, a balcony and on the floor boards of the first story, we could even see the through glass covers tile a stream that ran underground through our room! Just beautiful!
Little windows with views of the mountains, from every side, and every angle.
would be great of there was bottled water in the room.

The grounds are stunning, surrounded by mountains with cool crisp air. Beautifully maintained gardens, alpacas, vegetable gardens and a spa (extra cost). i could stay longer than the 3 days... Staff are very attentive and pleasant.

Wonderful. Scenic. Great service. Toys and games for the kids. Pizza night. Camp fire. Highly recommend the “trucha con salsa de mostaza”. Trout in mustard sauce.

Such a wonderful property with 7* service quality (5* would be too low). We stayed 3 nights, ate breakfast here every day, had dinner here once - the food was great, and staff was accommodating of the vegan diet. Have the spinach ravioli, the sauce is to die for :) Super spacious room, great shower, perfect wifi service! Definitely stay here when coming to Urubamba!
Nothing!

Breakfast was great. The staff were all smiling and helpful throughout the hotel. The shower was fantastic
Nothing. Everything was great. The only small suggestion would perhaps be to have a pot of coffee in the morning rather than have to be served multiple cups of coffee. Also maybe a pat of butter on a plate (as was the case for the delicious home made jam) rather than small plastic containers of butter. But these are little things... The hotel, staff and service were all excellent.

There are 2 alpacas and 2 trampolines on property which kept our daughter entertained. The setting is beautiful, a peaceful oasis with gorgeous gardens and amazing staff. The included breakfast was very good as well. If you request the hotel to contact you regarding transportation, they will help you arrange a car service at very affordable prices.
Would have liked drinkable water source in the hotel, filtered water cooler or something like that.

Beautiful public areas, lown, restaurant, gym and rooms.
The hotel is within walking distance from the center but located off a back road, not a very appealing way to get to it. But not that big of a problem

Beautiful location and rooms
Friendly ladies in the dining area
Uncomfortable vibe and inconsistent service
- Every time we came back we had to wait at least 10 minutes before someone opens the door to get in.
- Staff insists to know at what time you want breakfast, also when you don’t know it yet
- Local women stall their souvenirs in the hotel garden pushing to buy something every time you pass by
- Only day 1 we had a very tasty breakfast buffet, rest of the stay super simple with just eggs and bread. Not expected at all
- Expensive laundry service (and not well done)

I loved the location of the hotel, far from the noise of the city and perfect to enjoy nature. Breakfast was amazing and staff was helpful and friendly.
I would have liked a station with cold and hot water. Lunch and dinner options could be more traditional. Hot drinks like chamomile or coca leaves are included in other stays in Cusco, not on this one.

Staff was very attentive and caring and went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy
We were never able to take advantage of their lunch and dinner options do to our short stay and other commitments, but they have an organic garden and their breakfast was tasty

Loud drinks blender in restaurant detracts from relaxing atmosphere

its one of the nicest places ive been.. the staff are genuinely friendly.. the owners actually make friends with you (you can tell its more than just a business for them) .. but its the setting that tops it.. the property itself is just beautiful but it situated in the sacred valley of the incas with huge beautiful mountains forming the horizon
nothing… it was one of the nicest places i have ever stayed

Everything! The people, the food, the property.

Great garden, supportive personal
Very poor breakfast, you have to pay an extra fee (!) for cheese/ham. There is no fitness equipment. There are no walking maps. The breakfast was very poor. At dinner there was music and a cd for sale, which disturbed the dining atmosphere. The food itself was mediocre. If you like good food, go to AMA Garden downtown. The staff should be better trained on excursions.

The property was very serene, the staff was very attentive, the rooms very comfortable and the owner was onsite running a tight ship.
Nothing relative to what we paid.
