Great valuable hotel

Breakfast, Cleaness, Large space of the lobby area, Great location, Friendliness.

I liked everything. The meeting space in the middle of the floor got some food smell.

Great experience. It was our first time we stayed in a European hostel.

The facility is convieniently located next to the train station, great for travelers. The staff were friendly and excellent in providing assistances, although at times they looked over worked. Breakfast was great, pretty much what we have expected. A lot of locals also gathered in the dining area to have a beer or drinks. The meals they offered for lunch and dinner like their daily special tasted excellent and a good value considered the alternatives in town.

I think the room and common area could be a bit more cleaner, but then it also depends on the people who stayed to maintain as such.

Great location, but warm and noisy.

It was brilliantly located next to the station. It was very clean. The breakfast was good.

It was very warm in the room and it o we looked a street bar which was very noisy at night.

Perfect location

Very well located, 3 minute walk from the train station: interlaken Ost, which makes it easy to use it as a base and go to the toilet, check a few messages in the middle of the day. The room is clean and the lockers are huge! You can lock your carry-on and small backback inside and still have spare room. The breakfast included was good, boiled eggs, bread, fruit, cereals, coffee, all you need to start your journey. Be sure to go down the train in the right station Interlaken OST (not Interlaken West).

There was no light in the main room, only in the lockers area, so I had to use my mobile and the individual light in my bed.

I do like only the location of the hostel.

Only the location of the hostel is very closed to the Interlagen station. About one or two staff were friendly.

To be honest, the hostel should state clearly about their policy regarding to the daily cleaning and towel. There was no daily room cleaning as well as towel changed only on the second night.

The position is perfect, very close to the train station and the local supermarket. The breakfast was acceptable considering the price of it.

It was busy period obviously, so late arrival meant I couldn't choose the bed I'd prefer. But it's a hostel after all, what else would one expect. The location right next to the train station was great benefit. Hostel restaurant was fabulous, with superb value for money (considering you are in Switzerland)

The hotel was situated in close proximity to the Interlaken OST station (3mins). Spacious private room with a huge terrace where you can overlook the Swiss mountains. Good amenities (e.g., communal kitchen, no hairdryer). Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection at the complimentary breakfast.

very close to railway station, coop departmental store, clean and comfortable setup, complimentary breakfast (good spread)

NIce Location , but lack very basic requirments of any hostel.. Like Cutlery , cups, plates to use

Location is excellent. Right next to OST train station. Good facilities.

No cups or cutelery in the kitchen area. So you basically need to buy your own cup or glasses or plates if you want to make your own tea or heat up meal in microwave. No towel , No shower gel or soap so bring your own. You need to do your own bed .. very annoying .. they just put the bedsheets, pillow covers you need to to put them on ... Its very basic thing they can do for 75 Euros per night for a bung bed.
