We liked the location as it was close to the city and plenty of restaurants in a short drive but definitely book a sea view room. Smells clean
We feel the place could do with a good exterior paint job as it looks quite run down from outside, especially looking out of the mountain view rooms balcony. The carpets in the hallway reminded us of a cruise ship but clean

Efficient and clean

Location was good. Room was clean. Breakfast staff were polite and helpful. Took front office person a fair while to check us in.
Abusive, swearing and fighting outside our door during the day, people knocking on doors in middle of night. Furniture is chipped and old. Cobwebs near curtains. Outside patio posts need repainting. We have stayed here before and we were surprised at the way the property has deteriorated. Overpriced for the state of the place.

Nothing
Everything from cleanliness, smelt, dirty and terrible management.
Do not pay to stay here, regardless how desperate you are.

Bathroom dated and steamed up

Staff friendly, balcony had great views. Close to t h e Airport.
Last time I stayed, I rated this place, but I don't think I'll stay again. The whole floor smelled, the room was very dated and the wardrobe only had one door.Breakfast was $22, and the bacon was swimming in some sort of liquid - just awful. I was in the middle of organising dinner when the lady from the restaurant walked past and said "we're closed. This was 7pm. On checking out, two staff members were blocking the ramp - the second time this happened to me.

Nice views of the Bay and mountains
The smell of mould, dirty sheets, dirty towels dirty, cutlery, and dishes shared with an abundance of bedridden hospital patients. The lobby being used as a treatment area for hospital patients. The stench was unbearable. I escaped every day. unfortunately, every other hotel was booked out, and if it was safe to sleep on the beach, I would’ve done so. .

Zilch.
Rude after I pointed out that the room I chose with a balcony doesn't actually have one!!
That they say that the room I booked has a balcony and actually doesn't.
Go check it..... Ocean view suite.
True story!!!!

House cleaners were very obliging .
Laundry facilities, very primitive..
Front of house staff could have been a little more helpful ..

Great location, easy to get to and all instructions to get in and out were very easy to follow.
Room comfortable and simple - just as we wanted.
Didn’t actually see any staff behind the desk almost the entire stay, not that it was an issue, but did want to ask something but no one was there when we went to ask (c.9am)

Just want to let you know how bad your hotel really is. The web site makes the rooms look worth the money that we paid. Lovely views, which we got but nothing else was as the pictures showed. An example of what you would expect to have in you suite, plates, glasses, cutlery, remote for the TV, lounge and chairs, suitable bed, bedside lights, even a toilet brush would have been good. $340 per night was the worst stay we have ever had anywhere in our 35 years of traveling Australia. We were so looking forward to this time away for our birthdays and anniversary, but all we got was tears and disappointment. I don't like bagging companies but I do feel that is is warranted as all I see is a miss leading web site that I will do my upmost to have taken down, for the sake of others. I have always tried to recommend the places we have stayed, but can only do the opposite.

Very disappointed by our stay at Acacia Court.
The rooms were not clean and the place smelt bad. There was a mould smell in our air conditioning and we had to leave doors open to try to have some air.
Rooms were very dated and not clean at all.
