On the farm there are several hiking trails, mountain biking, waterfall and outsourced horse service
Located between the cities of Posse and São José.
Located 2 h from Rio, 1 h from Petrópolis, 40 min Itaipava, 50 min Juiz de Fora.
The nearest village where you can find a basic trade is 10 minutes from the farm.
All access is by asphalt. The supply of energy and water is included.
There are no fees.
I lived in this house for 22 years. Total tranquility and security.
Today I live in the other headquarters of the farm, but I always keep it in good conservation.
This farm has been in my family for almost 50 years and after we made the Pousada, I moved to the other location closest to it and started to rent this house.
It is a solid, rustic and very cozy house.
It is being rented unfurnished.
The difference of this house, is that you are on a farm, but it is not isolated in the middle of the forest because there are other houses close by.
It is surrounded by a beautiful forest with several fruit trees.
It is a paradise for those who have pets because today we are referred to as a fully Pet Friendly establishment providing wonderful spaces for dogs.
There is also space to surround it and raise small animals and make your own garden
