La atención de su personal en recepción me parece excelente nos dieron una excelente vista al mar

Las instalaciones son lindas
El personal no fue tan amable al llegar, nos sentimos discriminados, es muy caro para lo que ofrece…

All infrastructure is great!
Room, pools, super clean.
Food on the buffet was just ok.

Everything, great stay with my family
Maybe to improve the variety of the breakfast buffet
4.3
Great service, good food, rooms are super clean, beds are comfortable.
I wish the beach was longer to be able to enjoy strolling in it.
4.3
Clean
Good pools
Ok food
Waiters were really rude in general. I think they hate people with all inclusive because they receive less tips. Very unusual for Mexico. All the rest of the staff was nice
4.3
nice place, good food and amazing staff
No music, it was like a funeral we go out for fun a vacation and music is a Needed

The facilities are great. The kids club was also great. They have a lot of activities for children.
The resort is very big, so sometimes it takes a while to go from one point to the other. It is very clean. The specialty restaurants are also great.
The food of the other restaurants was okay but not amazing. Unfortunately they service at the restaurants is also not great. If you are not a club’s member you are treated differently (even with the all inclusive). Some waiters do a very good job though, but some others barely give you coffee and expect you to leave a tip.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! ONE OF THE CLEANING STAFF STOLD 3,000 pesos FROM MY ROOM!!

We absolutely love this resort! We had an amazing time. We had a great servers the entire trip. We loved breakfast and lunch the most. The best servers we had were Jeremias, Henry and Juan. They really took care of us and went above and beyond! The hotel property is very clean. The housekeeping also does a great job every day.
The front desk staff needs additional training or they need a whole new team. When we first checked I had a horrible experience with Beatrix. She was extremely rude, and did not greet us or ask us anything about our arrival to the hotel. She had a very bad attitude and it was a terrible check in and check out experience!! I really hope they do something about the check in process because everything and everyone else at the property was so friendly and nice.
We did not like the room that we booked. Be careful if you book the junior suite because you will not sleep well the entire trip. We were traveling as a family of four and each adult had to sleep with a kid to fit in the bed. These beds are extremely small and very uncomfortable. I now have very bad back pain from the tiny double bed.

Proximity to town was great, as you want to leave the hotel often!
Pool hosted activities were fun- especially when my 15 year old son embarrassed the staff and their lack of athleticism or good sportsmanship.
Facility is old and out of date. Front desk staff is rude, lazy and unhelpful. They have “concierge” who is there to do nothing but sell you a time share. FYI a concierge helps facilitate the guests stay not harass them to sit through a presentation for a free massage on something they would never purchase. Activities are with a generic large company, nothing custom or for small groups. On site restaurants are disgusting. On site grocery store is an overpriced tiny shop with Costco products sold individually. House keeping doesn’t keep a clean room- found other guests or staff hairs in multiple places throughout room, missing items. Beach is full of seaweed and not cleaned often enough. When they do clean they move to one side of resort beach that is full of flys and insects. It’s an overpriced time share, not my cup of tea.

Very good amenities, very good food. We enjoyed the heated swimming pools and we use the large array of games available on the spot to entertain the children. The room was spacious and had nice view to the garden.
4.3
Nice size rooms. Well set out and the pools are exvellent
I did not like being harassed to buy a timeshare. They want to book a meeting with you within a minute of check in and don't take no for answer. Phone calls at 8am, every time the concierge sees you, they will be after you. Be blunt. Don't show the concierge anything like drivers license, credit card etc. He is just profiling you for a timeshare sale

proximity to playa del
Carmen
still though you need to have your own car
in a stay of 4 nights we needed to change our room in the second day because of time sharing policy of the hotel (specially on New Year’s Eve ) overpriced for what you get , old dated. all inclusive is boring . not much going on in the hotel .
4.3
Unfortunately there was not much that I liked about this resort
This is a timeshare, but this information is not advertised on their website. If you are not a member, you are basically treated like a second class citizen

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, with daily room service. The pool was very nice and the wait staff were very attentive.
The food at the buffet was just ok. Trying to get a reservation for one the two restaurants was incredibly difficult.

views, swimming pool, beach
bath tube in the terrace
could have had better entertainment
food was a bit average

We loved how clean and well kept the facilities were. The treatment was mind blowing.
We feel that the options for drinks were different at the various bars. They should have been the same.
4.3
The service and food were excellent!
Faster service on the beach
4.3
Breakfast was good and overall food was good beach was nice and pool was fun and big
Concierge was horrible property was old and run down beds were uncomfortable
4.3
The food and drinks were great! We tried both restaurants multiple times and they were excellent. The buffet and pool side restaurants were also great with a wide variety of food. If you want to get a reservation at the restaurants, make sure you call around 8 am or stop by at 5:30 when they open. They are so accommodating, especially to smaller groups.
The kids club was amazing! They had great activities and the staff is wonderful! My daughter loved going to the kids club for a few hours every day.
Some guests came out really early and threw towels on poolside chairs to claim them. The staff was supposed to keep an eye on the area and remove items from chairs if no one used them within an hour...they didn't do this. Some chairs went 2 hours or more with items on them, but no one using them.

The location is great... just north of Playa Del Carmen. It's a good-sized resort with 6 pools and a great beach. The buffets were great. I am celiac so I eat gluten-free - the chefs let me know what I could eat. The room I had was convenient and comfortable. The WiFi was fantastic. This is a good place to stay at. It's family-friendly. The family I went with was celebrating a wedding anniversary and the hotel put on a good party for us.
4.3
Great location, friendly staff, nice a la carte restaurants
Only 2 a la carte restaurants, which some times were fully booked
