Seemless service from all the superb employees from collection at airport (thankyou Randy for local knowledge) to the dining, spa, villas and grounds staff. Everyone so delightful, attentive and accommodating. Thankyou for making my daughter's and my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We are truly rested and fortunate to have stayed at Tamanu on the Beach for 3 glorious days.
Here are a few of our suggestions to add to the whole experience. Although there are board games/ books and a few tours available, it would have been nice to be able to play a game outside on the lawn/patio or beach eg petanque or volleyball! Also, athough the dining menus were extensive with numerous specials on offer, we felt that a separate lunch menu would have been a lighter alternative for a snack..ie sandwiches/baguette, a prawn cocktail, chicken skewers, flat bread pizza or such. Otherwise we could not fault a wonderfully indulgent, relaxing holiday. Thankyou.

Literie, restauration, le personnel
Déception sur le petit déjeuner à la carte qui laisse sur sa faim.

Beautifully appointed rooms, beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff.
The meals were always good but the quality could vary from day to day.

I liked the decor and lemongrass toiletries
Too remote, terribly overpriced, mosquito infested, dirty transportation to/from airport, insects in the room/villa, dining and bar facilities closing as early as 9pm.

The room was definitely a dream. From the bed you could look at the water. Even from the bathtub, which was an amazing bonus from the bathroom. Really nice ambience. Friendly stuff.
Definitely the price. Really expensive. The food was not good and you didn't had much choise. Small portions and the breakfast was a joke for the price. You could choose just one small meal from the Menu and being forced to eat lunch as well, because you would be staving until the evening. Also the fact that there is nothing around the place, as it is quit far from the town. Yoga Courses and other stuff is all payed extra. And you couldn't really go for a swim because of the coral reefs in the water. The pool was unenjoyable. Ants in the bathroom and in the room from the decoration flowers, which being nice, but the ants definitely not so much. We felt like the room was not cleaned properly. Also for that price we didn't saw the cleanness from the room, as the bedsheets didn't smelled fresh and had stains on the bedsheets. The stuff was always a bit confused with the food and the table services being most of the times not really good, as so many times there being missing table settings and definitely lots of insects around. The bathtub would have been nicer with some lights or candels. Some more food options would be handy during the day.

absolutely pristine location and excellent accommodation, paradise in a nutshell

It was a beautiful location for breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly staff.
I really enjoyed my time there. It would be great if there were broader food options within the area, but the hotel food was good.

It was perfect in every way. Very relaxing. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The massage and facial were wonderful.
One light bulb in our villa didn't work and it didn't get replaced when we asked.

Food and service were excellent. Fantastic beach location. Villas were stunning. Bed was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Welcome drink at check in. Paid extra for transport from and to the airport. Breakfast options were plentiful and it is included in the price.
Long way out from town and only 1 shuttle per day.

We will absolutely stay with Tamanu on the beach next time. All staffs are nice and the food is unexpected delicious.
A little bit far away from the town center and the timetable of the hotel shuttle bus is too early. But you can always request a car service from the hotel.
