Atmosfera incantevole

Il comfort e lo staff eccezionali. La colazione molto deliziosa viene servita sul rooftop in un atmosfera e ambiente molto, molto piacevoli.

Abbiamo dormito bene, ma il letto matrimoniale lo avremmo preferito col materasso da due piazze anziché con due materassi da una piazza accostati.

Außergewöhnlich schön

Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Riad. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Jedes der 12 Zimmer individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mitten in der lauten Medina gelegen aber eine Oase der Ruhe in der man außer Vogelgezwitscher und krähen der Hähne nichts hört. Auf der Dachterrasse oder unten im Innenhof zwischen Palmen lässt sich Frühstück und Abendessen richtig genießen. Morgens das Licht der Sonne und abends die romantische Beleuchtung machen es zum Erlebnis. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Inhaberin sehr nett und findet für fast alles eine Lösung. Wir haben mehrmals zu Abend gegessen und es war köstlich. Auch das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker. Sollte man sich einmal von Ausflügen erholen wollen so lädt die Dachterrasse mit den bequemen Liegestühlen zum sonnen ein. Die Lage des Riad ist super. Man kann alles fußläufig bequem erreichen...was man auch tun sollte. Weil Auto fahren in der Medina ist schier unmöglich und sehr gefährlich. Das Riad ist 24 Stunden besetzt und man braucht keinen Schlüssel mitnehmen.

Ich kann mich über nichts beschweren weil wir uns extrem wohl gefühlt haben. Ich würde mir lediglich wünschen dass die Sonnenschirme intakt wären. Leider waren bei mehreren die Stäbe gebrochen so dass man sie nicht aufspannen konnte. In unserer Woche waren angenehme Gäste im Riad. Am letzten Abend merkten wir erst wie hellhörig es ist. Es reisten laute Gäste an und es war bis 1 Uhr sehr unruhig und laut. DIe Geräusche vom Patio und der Dachterrasse waren sehr präsent. Aber für solche Menschen kann man das Riad nicht schlecht bewerten. Danach aber wieder die gewohnte herrliche Stille.

Riad magnifique et accueil très chaleureux !

Un accueil très chaleureux dès notre arrivée , Khamissa est vraiment extraordinaire ! tout le personnel est au petit soin !le Riad est magnifique et bien placé possibilité d’avoir de très bon repas sur place préparés par une cuisinière De très bon soins et massages sont également proposés au Riad ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Riad

Je réserve pour l année prochaine

La gentillesse du personnel . Ils nous donnent de bons conseils . Ils ont adapté le régime sans gluten sur une semaine pour la fille et moi qui sommes cœliaques. C était délicieux et le régime a été strictement respecté.

Wonderful stay!

Recently stayed for 4 fabulous nights at the riad with my husband. Achraf was very helpful and the manager Khamissa was exceptional and gave us so much help with local knowledge and advice. She even personally decorated our bedroom for our anniversary! The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. The weather wasn't kind to us so unfortunately we weren't able to make use of the loungers on the roof terrace but we will be back! The hairdryer broke and they replaced it straight away. Lovely toiletries and bath robes. Khamissa gave us a map and recommended an app to prevent us getting lost in the medina. It was in a great location, only 10/15 mins to the main part of the medina. They also arranged transport to and from the airport for us. We thoroughly recommend Riad Pachavava.

The only thing to mention is that It would have been nice to have some tea/ coffee making facilities in the room.

Good

Great location, very cute interior, lovely areas to relax, great dipping pool. Breakfast was fabulous. Coffee very good and great mint tea. The staff went out of their way to make us all comfortable and were very kind.

Sadly a few things needed attention and upkeep. The air con did not work in our room. We were ok as we can tolerate warmth however others might not. The staff tried to fix it but it wasn’t. The hamman experience was oversold. The water sadly didn’t work, the hamman wasn’t heated enough (maybe it didn’t work?), the beautician was a bit tough and didn’t explain what was happening. It all felt a bit awkward.

Throughly enjoyed my stay

Brilliant experience,Amazing hospitality, Spent 3 nights at this riad with my partner, and would highly recommend it, really special experience doing the hamman, food also is 10/10, only criticism is the rooms do get extremely hot in the summer and air conditioning can be improved.

Poor Air Conditioning, would advice to pack a fan, when travelling in summer

Blissful stay

A beautiful riad - blending best traditional architectural features with modern comforts and tastefully decorated. Friendly helpful staff. Generous and delicious breakfast. Comfortable common spaces for relaxing away from the busy Marrakesh streets. The small swimming pool is a blessing in the heat.

as soon as we came inside we were welcomed very nicely and offered some tea. the lady at reception explained where everything was with a map and told us how to explore Marrakech. the room was had lots of space and you also get a good breakfast.

Superb

Staff is very warm, but some shifts do not speak English. When everyone in the Ryad is sleeping, it's very quiet, but to get to this point you might suffer long evenings of laughing and smoking guests

Beautiful place to Stay

The staff are so kind and helpful! Ask them anything and they are willing to help. The breakfast was always delicious, and the location is pretty good. It's only 20min from the square. The Riad itself is beautiful and the roof top terrace is great for relaxing or getting a good view of the sunset! It's also nice and quiet inside compared to all the noise outside.

The bathroom wasn't my favorite. It's a little old and the water pressure wasn't the best. But it was clean and spacious.

Nice riad, but with old bathrooms.

The bedroom was nice and spacious, and the roofterrace was nice.

The bathroom in particular was not very clean, and old. The rest of the room seemed to be renovated, but the bathroom was not. There was mold in the shower, on the ceiling and in the corners behind the toilet. The sink filled with water everytime we opened the watertap. The watertap was also loose, and the toiletseat was also loose. In conclusion, the bathroom was not very clean and is due for renovation.

Loving the heart of Marrakech

Location was great, in the Medina, close the the heart of the city. Staff was exceptional! Also breakfast was very good, with fresh food every day. Lovely terrace and comfortable beds.

Nothing special, maybe massage room could be improved. But overall Riad exceed our expectations.

Exceptional in every way!!!!!!

Beautiful beautiful riad - wonderful staff and very comfortable. Better than in photos. We loved it!! Staff were wonderful about accommodating our needs, down to making a delicious pasta with cheese for our 7 year old. I recommend it so highly!!

I am a coffee snob, so that could have been better. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty. But these are minor - it was wonderful!

Relaxing, quiet and amazing views.

the staff were amazing and very helpful. The location was great, a short enjoyable walk to the main square and souks. The breakfast was also delicious and a great way to start a long day in the Medina.

Perfect stay in the heart of the Medina!

Everything was perfect. The room was large and clean and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The Riad was beautiful and just as pictured. Walid greeted us upon check-in and was especially kind as was Touriq who served our breakfast and helped with our luggage. You can’t go wrong staying here and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It was absolutely amazing! very unique decor definitely one of the most charming places I ever stayed in. staff, especially Taoufik was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was good too.

it’s a little far from the centre and even taxi drivers had problems finding it. the area was a bit scary at nights.

Nice for our little honeymoon

The rooms very clean, the ladies who cleaned our rooms were so nice, smiling and welcoming. The receptionist was good too, she gave us the map, offered us tea. So the stay in general was pleasant.

Good staff, very helpful and fun loving.

Way too expensive given the facilities and room type. Everything was clean and nice but with the amount we had paid we were expecting better facilities. We paid 700plus euros for 4 days, which was almost double of one should pay for such a property. But it was a learning.

Beautiful, traditional riad in a quiet sidestreet - an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Wonderful staff, views over the city and mountains, comfort in our rooms - nothing was too much trouble.
