Cheap
Cheap is not equivalent to bad quality.

O controle do ar condicionado estava ruim e a tampa do vaso sanitário solta. Deixaram somente 1 shampoo e condicionador pequenos para o casal.

Limpeza.

the location and the room
the breakfast could be better, but I thought it was still good.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Very useful the mini-bar. Good options for breakfast. Big space for eating the breakfast.
There were some tiny insects in the bathroom and one day it appeared also a centipede. I would pay attention to these things.

The staff was amazing, but there were a lot of issues that they responded as if we were previously told, but never were informed beforehand. Reception was very responsive and breakfast had options.
The place was VERY DIRTY! Dirty dishes, dirty floors, fungus in the shower walls, mosquitoes and other tiny flies in the bathroom. It was a nightmare and I had to check every plate, cup and utensil I grabbed because they were sometimes still dirty. I just wanted to LEAVE! I really don’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel, to me it barely reaches 2 or 3.

Great hotel 🙏💋
Great services ☺️👍
Great roof top. ,✨🏝️
But the best is Tiago, one of the reception guys who organized everything for us perfectly. I came during the carnaval period unprepared and had best time among all the trips I've done in my life. And all this thanks to Thiago.
Nothing

Friendly staff. The breakfast was ok, not great but the staff were very willing to accommodate requests and refresh items.
More pillows and extra covers on the mattresses would be good. Water flow in shower was not great, and the taps sprayed all over the bathroom, which was annoying.

convenient to major tourists points.
the staff were not friendly and the surrounding shows ruined.
5.0 / 10.0
Simple and clean, not really a 4 star, probably a 3 star hotel.
Staff is nice
The parking is very terrible, check-in procedures are long and tedious, breakfast region is too small in consideration to the occupancy limit and also service was poor. It could be better but definitely not a 4 star or even worth the rate.
The neighborhood also is so dirty and un kept

Great location for going to sambadrome. Reception staff tries to help
Mouldy scent. Location definitely not suitable for beach holiday

Cleaning is done daily. The room has a small minibar.
The hotel should be considered as a short stop for 1-2 nights. The area of this hotel is not prosperous, walking is not recommended. The room did not correspond to the declared area. The hotel is already old, the photos were apparently taken a long time ago. Bad soundproofing.
Breakfasts are monotonous, juices are sour and strongly diluted with water.

The rooms were spotless, spacious and were extremely comfortable.
On arrival we were greeted by the most stonefaced receptionist we've ever come across, granted we don't speak Portuguese, but a smile is universal.
The local area is rife with homeless people and doesn't feel particularly safe.
The metal doorstop in the room is shaped like a arrow, DO NOT stub your toe on these in flip-flops becuase it really hurts.

in the centre with spacious rooms and a good breakfast.
Reception can be slow and they don’t all speak English.

Room was nice and large. 3 Beds.
Good breakfast for sure.
Front desk staff impatient and rude, it was 10pm, late felt rushed for no reason.
Shower (glass doors) in our bathroom had no lip or any kind of threshold edging to keep water properly contained. Water quickly filled entire bathroom floor. I slipped but didn't fall very dangerous

Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
Breakfast room on some days too small for the number of people. Locked fitness room during opening time.

Not outstanding - just Ok.
I remember this place when it was an up-market motel.
Conversion has made it cramped.
And.
BY NO STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION 4 STAR.
Bottom end of 3 / top of 2.
MIS-INFORMATION

amazing breakfast options, room service options
1.0 / 10.0
Some of the stuff does not speak english, had to pay for all the beverages in the room, ok Im not going to hotels often, and i know that the stuff you take from the fridge costs extra but i though the things outside the fridge would be included, could be at least mentioned. Location is very sketchy, taxis don't want to go sometimes, gym is a joke, only one mashine, poorly equipped
