Excelente por el personal

El trato del personal fue excelente, especialmente de las personas de la recepción..en especial un chico joven de lentes (no recuerdo su nombre)

El hotel está ubicado en una zona de bares puede llegar a ser muy ruidoso por la noche y no dejar dormir . Es necesario solicitar una habitación lejos de la esquina.

Great home base for our exploration of Cusco and Al the sights around it.

Quiet with a great location close to the plaza de armas. Cool weird building with covered courtyards turned in to big open rooms. Good breakfast.

Water temperature fluctuated wildly during showers and there were a few a few short power outages in the evenings. Honestly no big deals and everything was easy to deal with.

Great hotel with unexperienced staff

The internal area of the hotel is spacious, beautiful and well decorated, with great taste. The room is spacious, with good structure - desk, heater, water heater for tea, minibar, bedside tables and three beds. The bedroom is well decorated with painted pictures. There is a lot of luxury in the bedroom and in the bathroom. Breakfast is great. Regarding the location, it is relatively close (300m) to the center of everything (Plaza Mayor).

Regarding the structure, the only thing less pleasant is the bed, which is a little bit on the stiff side. The hotel's problem was the inexperienced staff. My family and I went to the hotel late (8pm) to sleep and catch an early morning flight. We had some issues there: 1 - The amount charged was different from Booking.com but the hostess, due to inexperience, did not know the reason (little experience) . She later discoverd that it was due to 10% tax. 2- There was a 2h power outage at night only on our side of the hotel, at night before our trip (morning). The hostess was lost and didn't know how to handle the problem. We needed to pack our bags and take shower. 3 - At bedtime, the bathroom door closed (broken lock), and the hotel staff didn't know what to do. Later, they managed to open it.

I had a room in the backlog the hotel which was much quieter. The staff was super nice and helpful whenever I had questions.

Wonderful. I'm going to stay here in a few days later.

The room is clean enough and at a good angle. The shower has good pressure and gets to be hot soon. And, the staff are very kind and have good hospitality.

amazing breakfast buffet every morning with fresh fruit, yummy eggs and all extras including sweet cakes. very nice bathrooms and showers, new and well stocked. great location very close to main plaza. excellent helpful staff. safe luggage storage.

close to a few popular dance clubs/bars so some music/noise from street in some rooms.

Very poor

good location

I booked a room with a bath, there was no hot running water. very loud parties going on in the bar opposite I didn’t sleep the whole night. My room rate included breakfast, I couldn’t find anywhere in the hotel serving breakfast and the staff didn’t assist me.

Good location, comfortable and pretty quiet

Great location. The hotel is just three blocks away from the town's main square Plaza de Armas, and very close to restaurants and coffee shops. Ask for a room in the back of the hotel (the blue and white building) where you get almost no noise from the street. The rooms at the front of the hotel do get some noise cause there's a nightclub nearby. Internet worked well, I was able to do zoom calls and send files.

Some of the rooms are small and don't have a view.

great value superb hotel with amazing staff.

superb staff super friendly and welcoming thanks to eduardo and Alejandro they're very nice and helpful. restaurant/brekfast staff were nice and friendly too. the room was amazing very large with large bathroom. sound proofing was great even thou there's a club or it's located next to a street of bars and clubs I barely heard them and they are loud and go on until the morning. coca tea 24/7. packed breakfast if you have early tours like me around 4am. breakfast itself was healthy and complete. wifi is fast I was able to work for 3 days without a problem. if you like hot showers this hotel is for you. location is great just a block from the main plaza. you get everything you need just outside the hotel. definitely come back again.

lovely colonial hotel in great central location

great location the rooms are spacious well equipped and wonderful beds

it’s extremely noisy due to the building style and outside noises from all the clubs and bars around the breakfast needs improvement

A very good value for money in Cusco!

Rojas in is a great hotel in cusco! Very good location close to main square. Very quiet room. Coffee and tea facilities in the room and bed were amazing! Staff very helpful and kept our bags overnight for free. The bathroom really nice and clean.

Breakfast could have offered more options.

Great place near Cusco centre

Room was clean and spacious with a very nice bathroom Great location near to city centre Staff helpful and prepped early breakfasts when we had early morning tours

Breakfast could be improved with more options, however yoghurts, fruit and cake were very nice

Very close to Plaza de Armas and to many other restaurants and bars. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The heater in the room was a huge plus. The pillows are so comfortable and much better than the previous 5 hotels we stayed prior during our Peru vacation

The hotel is located very close to bars and restaurants which are open early in the mornings. Some might find it disturbing but we did not care much. When the windows are closed, you can't hear much of the noise coming from the street.

A clean and very nice hotel in a perfect location with a very friendly staff.

Location: Near Main Square, that was perfect! Staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel was really beautiful and clean. The toiletries offered were as expected. The breakfast buffet included a good variety of products.

the location is superb,room is warm and very comfortable!

The electricity keep shutting down one night ,also the hairdryer in the room last only 30sec and have to wait for 5mins until it work again so you better bring your own hairdryer. (room211)
