The beach so close was a great way to start every day. Abigale is a great cook and friendly host. The patio has a beautiful view to enjoy your meals.
Our shower head was broken and the water pressure was low.

Incredible beauty right on the ocean with secluded beach and well maintained rooms and facilities. Meal service was personally prepared and delicious.

The location is wonderful and quiet and the family room was really spacious. You hear the sounds of birds and the sea.
There was some space to sit outside, but we missed a little bit a big balcony that is attached to the house.

All meals were excellent. The food was prepared by a first class Grenadian cook and was very tasty.
We wanted to participate in their culture and they were able to do that for us.

Cabier Ocean Lodge is perfect for people that want a relaxing or romantic time near a beach that is not touristy. Food I thought was very good. Good Rum Punches also. Place had a very comfortable bed and a nice porch that overlooked the ocean. Very idyllic! However, if the weather is windy and rainy, I can see it being not so idyllic! This is not the place to stay in a tropical storm! In good weather, the light sounds of the waves going to shore can wisp you asleep. In bad weather, the waves would be making crashing sounds that could keep you up! I also thought that this place was good value for the money.
Shower temperature was not always hot. Probably needs a better hot water heater for peak hours. That is really my only complaint.

Great location. I love how discrete and private it was. The lodge is surrounded by lush nature and it’s possible to explore the coast and find local gems, such as an abandoned old village facing the ocean. the food was really good and the staff super friendly.

the lodge is on a very quiet part of the island, the room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and surroundings. the restaurant has a great view also and the food cooked by Kenisha was great. All staff is super friendly, the whole feels very authentic (vs your typical resort).

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. It was a beautiful spot to get away from it all. There is not much around but beautiful nature. It was very comfortable and relaxing.

the road coming in needs construction.

The studio apartment was exceptionally well appointed. The bed was very comfortable as were the furnishings. Kitchen equipment was above expectations. Delightful staff, especially Abigail who looked after us with her cooking and making sure that our stay was enjoyable from beginning to end. The infinity pool was a lovely bonus.
Completely beyond Cabier’s control is the increasing problem of sargasso seaweed, meaning swimming and snorkelling was more challenging.

The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is rustic charm and wonderful. The food was very very good and a good value. There is a beautiful private beach within easy access.
The road to get there needs some big repairs. I wouldn't want to arrive in the dark!

This locally managed lodge is well worth the effort to find it. Off the beaten track. Stunning location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, if a little dated. Staff lovely and helpful. Food excellent and locally sourced. Not a luxury option but so much more interesting than the high end corporate options on Grand Anse
The lovely sea breeze kept the mosquitos away but meant the sea was often a bit churned up so snorkeling not great.

The location was fantastic, it was very relaxing staying in such a secluded setting right next to the beach and hearing the sound of waves from the room. The breeze was lovely coming though the doors, there was no need for AC. We loved our stay in the cabin and having breakfast on the terrace was lovely too.
Nothing. It was everything we could ask for

The main host Abbi was incredible. She cooked amazing dinners and provided us breakfast whenever we needed. She gave helpful suggestions and saved the day a few times when we were in a pinch with our plans. She is amazing and the lodge was stunning. Due to New Years holiday, and us leaving the island on a Sunday, all of the COVID testing facilities were closed. We had to get a same day test and Abbi went above and beyond to go through her contact list and connect us with someone she knew who worked with the ministry of health and conducted tests at their home. She truly saved us from missing our very expensive flight and needing to get another hotel for the night due to not having a test in time. She is the absolute best! Additionally, the views are gorgeous and you are right on the ocean. The rooms were also clean and huge! Felt like I had my own little home in St. Andrew’s. Would definitely come back :) (and we WILL!)
Nothing! Everything was perfect

Austria meets the Caribbean. A friendly rustic get-away in a rural setting. Great for a family retreat. (Stayed in the large lodge). Welcoming hosts, Alexander and Abigail. With Abigails home cooked Macaroni Cheese Pie deliciously prepared, catering to my son’s food allergies and served with a smile 😊
8min ‘old road’ drive onto the main road
so you need a car!
